Obama Celebrates 54 Million Murdered Babies

President Barack Obama, today, release a statement celebrating the Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court decision that allowed for 54 million abortions. The decision, handed down on January 22, 1973, overturned pro-life laws offering protection for unborn children in most states across the country, and made abortions legal and virtually unlimited.\

The statement Obama released says:

As we mark the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we must remember that this Supreme Court decision not only protects a woman’s health and reproductive freedom, but also affirms a broader principle: that government should not intrude on private family matters.  I remain committed to protecting a woman’s right to choose and this fundamental constitutional right.  While this is a sensitive and often divisive issue- no matter what our views, we must stay united in our determination to prevent unintended pregnancies, support pregnant woman and mothers, reduce the need for abortion, encourage healthy relationships, and promote adoption.  And as we remember this historic anniversary, we must also continue our efforts to ensure that our daughters have the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities as our sons to fulfill their dreams.

For most Americans, the day the Supreme Court handed down its decision was a day to mourn — a day to mourn the loss of tens of millions of unborn children — sons and daughters, brothers and sisters lost to a world that values choice over compassion. It was a day to mourn the damage abortion does to women — the medical problems, the mental health issues, the damaging of relationships with friends and family, and the destruction of relationships with God.

He has proven to true american that his word has not value. and we can no longer turst him as a leader of a friend. He has made everything so much worse for all of us and trying to blame everyone else for his failure. He is nothing but a big lier and does not know how to be a leader. Leading? Is that what he had been doing? I figured it was driving. After all he threatens, If you don't do so and so, I will punish you by doing so and so like in, I won't pay SS payments, medicare, etc..

An American unborn citizen begins life at conception.
Even tees know this common sense truth, thus the
use of condoms in back seats. Those claiming ignorance
are indeed without excuse. Those who do not want a baby
have a "Right" to not get pregnant! Once pregnant, the
mom/dad have a duty to the unborn citizen's rights. Those
who deny the baby has a right to life are no different than
    any other murderer.

  3. Mark says:

Those who advocate abortion will fry in h3!! with Obama.

  4. tag says:

If you people think for one minute that abolishing the Roe v Wade law will stop abortions you are wrong. There will always be, and have always been, abortions. If this law is abolished then the operations will take place in some back room, people will bleed to death or be whacked by some back door pretend doctor that wants to make a fast buck (the reason the law was passed in the first instance) and life goes on the way it did before the Roe V Wade law was passed. Getting on your kitchen stool to preach to the masses, etc. won't change a thing – people will still want, and in their opinion, need abortions and they will find a way to get one. You are wasting your time!

    • WhatFreeCountry says:

Then the sin be upon them, not the taxpayers. It is their choice alone in that situation to commit a murder and not involve others in the ultimate sin. Every baby began as a spirit waiting to come to earth to receive a body, be tried and tempted, experience pain, joy, yes even witness criminal activity, goodness and faithfulness and most of all to choose for themself good or evil/ death or eternal life. Who does anyone think they can justify depriving that right to another human and if they do, why are they engaging in intercourse which I think we all know can lead to pregnancy?

Barack the Butcher keeps the Baby Killing Mills open for business and encourages his Leftist donors through tax-payer funding of Planned Parenthood. What a joke that organization is! It has nothing to do with helping parents and ALL to do with the massacre of innocents. What Marxist crap this president it.

  7. SDPDCOP says:

I totally disagree with abortion except for if Oboma's mother would have aborted him. That would not of been murder to a real human, just to a murderous, socialist, anti american piece of crap.

  8. ""that government should not intrude on private family matters."" Typical, what? This clown says this in the morning, then in the afternoon, attacks the Catholic faith by demanding thru force of government that thier church health plans INCLUDE ABORTION coverage.
Besides the staggering costs in dollars and mental issues of women that have killed their babies, consider this: History is full of instance where a single individual has changed the course of history, some for good, some not. With the millions of murders of the unborn, who knows if they killed the next scientist that could have found the key to curing all cancers, the next genious inventor in line after Steve Jobs, the president who could have been the polar opposite of 0'bama?

    Click the name, prepare now!

  9. William 1 says:

A baby murderer-God weeps for them and him for when the day of reckoning comes Obama will not have Soros to fall back on-he will stand before the God Of Israel and will have NO ANSWER FOR THE SUPPORT OF THIS! HE WOULD RATHER HAVE A MOTHER HAVE HER RIGHTS THAN A NEW BORN BABY BE BORN?-TOO BAD HIS MOTHER DIDN'T HAVE ONE!

    • WeeToddEdwards says:

      Really?

Hosea 9:11-16 Hosea prays for God’s intervention. “Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer. Give them, 0 Lord: what wilt thou give? Give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts. . .Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.” Clearly Hosea desires that the people of Ephraim can no longer have children. God of course obeys by making all their unborn children miscarry. Is not terminating a pregnancy unnaturally “abortion”?

      • Roger says:

Wee wee, you're letting out some of that hate filled bigotry again.

You can't show where the modern Church is to do any of this, or that the Jews of today do it either.
And if you are against violence and blood shed why didn't you ever speak up against islam stoning that 14 year old rape victim in Somalia? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/7708169.stm

    • WeeToddEdwards says:

2 Kings 15:16 God allows the pregnant women of Tappuah (aka Tiphsah) to be “ripped open”. And the Christians have the audacity to say god is pro-life. How and the hell is it that Christians can read passages where God allows pregnant women to be murdered, yet still claim abortion is wrong?

      • Roger says:

And you would trap a town full of Christians in a church and watch it burn.

You can't show where this was directed at the modern Christian church, or that the Jews follow it today.

You are just a hate filled bigot.

  10. Ricky Michael says:

This man has to go! It makes me sick. Anyone voting for Obozo with this kind of behavior?

Hey WeeTodd, how many points did you score last week? I racked up a total of 7.

    • WeeToddEdwards says:

      I agree.

      I had 33 I think.

      Already at 20 today.

      • R Michael says:

33? That can't right! You have got to be cheating! It's not fair to save up all those replies and delete them all at once. And over the weekend doesn't count either. You know our rules. Why do the Atheists always have to cheat the Christians????? Shame on you for cheating, Mr. Edwards. I will pay up the dollar, but you stop jacking up your numbers.

You know I'm playing by the rules. There isn't supposed to be any direct replies with him. I had to resort to that when you did it.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

All right. Today so far I have had 20. Only replied to two.

        • R Michael says:

Well I'm not talking too him anymore. So far My score today is five. You need to deduct the two you replied to, so that's really only 18.

Also, Flame is roasting him again. That man really knows his Bible. Better by far than our two previous friends do. You need to watch.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

Niether am I. I will go down to 18 but I am back up to 23 as of now.

I know Flame is (no offense) is by far one of teh best I have ever seen discuss the bible.

        • R Michael says:

None taken sir, I happen to agree with you. The man has skill. He leaves me in the dust. A true inspiration to watch, that man his. I have a new hero.

          I am up to 9 now. Oooops, I can't add that's 7.

        • Roger says:

And to think both of you have so little understanding of Christianity that you think the Thief on the Cross wasn't one of the first saved by Christ's death.

        • R Michael says:

The New Covenant was instituted on the day of Penacost, which was well over a month after the curifixion of Christ. Christ told the disciples to wait in Jerusalem for power from on high. It came to them on the Day of Penacost in Acts chapter 2.

Since that's when the New Covenant begins, then the thief was still under the old law. Also, you forget that Christ had the power to forgive sins as he saw fit. He did so before, in front of the Pharisees, who questioned his right to do what they considered blasphamy. He shut them up by healing the lame man.

You are not doing very well with Mr. flame. You are way out of his league. Keep trying, I am totally enjoying this.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

Man, he is getting schooled left and right today

        • Roger says:

By whom? Not you three. Any other profiles you want to activate and pretend to be speaking from?

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

You have been schooled by Mr. Michales and Flame today.

It's been fun to watch. You can deny it all you want I don't care they kicked your a $$

        • Roger says:

No, they keep repeating things that I show are wrong.

Claims of adequacy are only claims.

        • Roger says:

No, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit was on the day of Pentecost.
The offering of Christ's blood was from his death.

Just repeating it means nothing. You simply don't understand Christianity enough to comment with any intelligence. That's why you don't feel there needs to be a acceptance of Christ into the heart (Rev 3:30) before Christ can perform the "Born Again' experience (John 3:3)to start the Christian walk.
What ever you were taught, it isn't reflecting Christianity as the vast majority of Christians understand it, and as the Bible clearly teaches it.

You need to go back to school.

        • R Michael says:

I did that when I was a Baptist. Then I was taught the truth by a real Christian and I was converted the New Testament way. You are so very wrong.

And, finally for today, if you are the example of a "born again" christain, I want no part in it. There is no change of heart in you. You act just like Mr. Edwards does. The only difference between you two is your opinions on religion, neither one reflects what is written in the scriptures. I have to work now. You have a nice time trying figure stuff out.

        • Roger says:

I've spoken to several different pastors and they called you everything from 'evange-maniacal' to just misled.

You don't understand Christianity enough to speak with any intelligence on it. You haven't been born again so you don't understand the power of the experience or how it can be the start of the changes you keep talking about.

        • R Michael says:

I doubt what you say is true. Put one of them on this website and I will teach them too. This has happened many times to me in the past. There have been many Baptist pastors who have tried matching their skills of the bible against me. Bring 'em on.

        • Roger says:

By trying to tell them they don't need to be born again to enter heaven?

Oh yeah, that's the kind of Christian just anyone would listen to.
          John 3:3.

        • Ricky Michael says:

I answered you right here. No speakie de English?

But you didn't. You lied for two comments straight and then I called you on it.

So you don't deserve an answer.

          In reply to your comment:

I answered you. Now answer my question please.

Hey WeeTodd, roger can't answer my question. why don't you tomorrow morning if he hasn't done it by then.

        • Roger says:

Go back and review your answer then.

It was two comments of your normal 'weak christians should always submit' routine and didn't address the list in Rev 22:15. I might as well do the same thing and comment on the first third of Psalms and say you should always sing to be a follower of the good shepard.

        • Ricky Michael says:

I answered you, now answer my question please. What is the context in Proverbs Chap 1 thru 9?

        • Roger says:

It says in the first third of Psalms joy is good and singing is great so as Christians you should sing every waking moment.
          (sarcasm)

See I can play the same game as you.
And you didn't answer me, you lied for two comments, that qualified you for the list in Rev 22:15 I was referring to.

        • FlameCCT says:

Notice the defection and projection. He treats that passage no different than any other. Cherry pick part of it then make up some fictional application. No context, no principle, just male bovine excrement.

        • Roger says:

Yes, I take that passage as I do every other. I read it and take it literally.

That's what a real Christian does.

That's why I actually Believe Christ hanging on the Cross.

And you're the one that make up the 'approved' application. Like that bizarre application of pentecost as the starting point of the new Covenant. The entire temple service pointed forward to the sacrifice on the cross, not any other event.

So, who's cherry picking? I don't expect an apology, you just aren't Christian enough to admit you're wrong.

Do you have full armor of God as a decoration for when you bow to evil too, like rm?

        • Ricky Michael says:

So, you take everything in the Bible Literally, huh? Question.

Have you ever in your life looked a beautiful woman and lusted just a little bit after her, wishing that she would be interested in you? You are a human male. Unless you are gay, I would say the asnswer is yes.

So now use your fingers and pluck out your right eye and toss it into the trash. See Mat 5:27-30

        • Roger says:

That would be good advice for the non born again trying to earn his way into heaven.

Christ died so I can be forgiven now.
Read the entire text and see how it's better to not have an eye than burn for it? With Christ as my sacrifice I don't have to make that choice. And as a born again Christian I have the Holy Spirit guiding and helping me work on all truth.

So muslim in approach, what cleric helps you?

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

"So you rip on someone's looks and then are a coward that hides your own looks?"

Either prove it, apologize, or you will have de facto admitted that you are a liar and not the "born again" Christian you claim.

And it sounds like you're slipping out to get another bottle. Wow, you ought to get that under control.

        • Eyes_Open says:

You don't think you're losing it when you say on monotheistic religions are the same.

So, I'll just give you a dish of your own right back.

You silly pagans. You're just all so alike.

        • Eyes_Open says:

As I have pointed out and everyone on here has seen, you are the one that is the ignorant bigot. You can't tell the difference between south America and south Europe. Poor uneducated fool.

Says the man who pretends all monotheisms are equal?

          Hahahahahaha….

Seriously, you silly pagans are all alike.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Very good , Mr Edwards. You are learning. You get an A+.

I am sorry that you are being attacked for trying to learn. The person who is doing this to you is an apostate who has left the teachings of Christ.

        • Roger says:

Still using those sharia style words in an attempt to teach me to bend and submit to the dhimmi style of surrender?

Not making sense, not going to happen.
And for a non born again Christian I would expect it.
So, are you sunni or shiite?

        • FlameCCT says:

I find it amusing that Roger expects me to apologize for my use of exegesis and hermeneutics yet cannot even find a simple thank you for getting WTE to change the picture that he whined about for a week. That simple act of treating all people with common courtesy is what started Roger on his jihad against me when I called him on his lack of Christian character.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

He expects a lot. Too bad he is not al high and mighty like he rhinks he is.

He whines all the time. When he post others people's comments it reminds me of a child that has to tell on everyone. You know the one that is always crying to mommy because they feel butt hurt

        • Roger says:

Is this where you respond with either that farsi or arabic comment again?

        • FlameCCT says:

        • Roger says:

And I know what to think about you.

This surrender to the enemy Christianity mentality really sucks. It also ignores everything in the New Testament about spiritual warfare.

But he didn't answer me. He gave a non answer for two comments.

Why do you lie to cover for your token fake Christian?

        • Ricky Michael says:

The context of Revelation 22 is a warning to people exactly like you, roger. Jesus’ testimony to the churches in the chapter reads thus.

14 Blessed are those who do His commandments,[g] that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But[h] outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

The key passage is verse 14, (those who DO his commandments) will be the ones entering the city of God.

He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”
          John 14:20-22 By Jesus

        • Ricky Michael says:

44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you Mat 5:44 By Jesus
Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men.

Your words on this site betray you and you are exposed for what you do. You don’t keep these scriptures. You do the opposite. I have tried time and again to teach you this. It’s way past time that you listen to me.

Now answer my question to you on Proverbs Chp 1-9

        • Roger says:

Why, you didn't give me a decent answer on the list in Rev 22:15.

And Ephesians 6:10-18 proves you are being out of context.
Why don't you go to the shower room of a prison and prove you're a good Christian by taking care of everyone? Because there are times evil has to be avoided and resisted.

          You don't see that. And it's a problem I don't have.
Why are you thinking all Christians have to be weak? God isn't weak.

        • FlameCCT says:

More deflection and projection from our "friend". I'm starting to think that he is concerned that he is weak so responds like a bully to prove his toughness. Pitiful and sad.

        • Roger says:

So, the whole team is up and running again.
When you are all locked at the hips, does wee wee always get the back?

        • patriothere says:

You know the jews had a chance to save jesus but instead they let barrabas a serial killer be set free and laughed about it.

Of course that is just according to the story, there is a good chance that this never took place.

        • Roger says:

And those Jews, where are they today?
God can deal with them, it's not my job.

        • patriothere says:

they are killing and robbing and raping the world! Just like they did back then.

        • Roger says:

No, they are long dead and in God's domain.

Why do you get upset about the abortions. Is it all the suicide bombs that will never go off?

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

I am betting it never took place.

          How are you Mr. Patriot?

        • Roger says:

He's just another muslim friendly troll.
Are you two going to pretend this is the first time you've met or something?
How are your other profiles going to play this meeting?

        • patriothere says:

          good how are you

        • Roger says:

He's just another paid hack troll like you are. Only he is on the day shift. So he has better hours to post comments. Can you handle 4 posters simultaneously like he does?

Of course it's obvious they're all written by the same person, but I don't even think you could do that.

        • Ricky Michael says:

'The tone and demeanor. Yeah, I'd say it just about matches this one.'

Yes, I agree, he should not have made that comment. It was made in anger. Using the comment like a hammer on him will not make him stop. Only rational, calm conversation can change a person like that.

        • Roger says:

          You're trolling now.
His actual belief that based on a possibly fictiticious story he had a reason to wish a painful slow death on a number of people who may or may not have been involved in that fictiious story does not equal my telling you that you aren't practicing what you preach, and that as a Real Christian I have no reason to live in fear.

And if exposed evil usually slinks away like cockroaches with the light on.
You may be a Neville Chamberlain, I'm not.

I won't change him. I can't. It's frankly not my job. My job as a Christian is to tell him what Christ has done for me. To explain the hope I have within me. And I won't be castrated into holding my tongue.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Now you insult me again. I try to talk with you without rudeness and I get slapped down by you every time.

Telling him of your hope? It's so very hard to see while it is being hidden by the vile hatred in your comments for one so wrong such as he. You come across like a vindictive, hate filled, infidel instead of the grace filled christian that you aspire to be.

I have no doubt of your faith or zeal for Christ. I find fault with your method of showing it. God is not mocked. WTE will be punished, but not by you. I don't want you going with him.

        • Roger says:

It doesn't matter if you got slapped. That's life. What matters is if you deserve it and if I was accurate.

Debate, it's not always a pretty thing.

Now, if you had half that outrage at the pic wee wee uses I'd realize you were a Christ loving Christian.

And you sit like Peter in that courtyard hoping no one realizes you have beliefs.

        • FlameCCT says:

It appears that Roger is a fraud. He is unwilling to listen to what is said, instead he filters it with his predetermined position. He is unwilling to take the thread to his pastor, if he has one. IOW he lacks the Christian value of accountability. He and his friend,Ms Looking, have no idea about real evil and persecution. They talk about being born again but do not display the changed heart. That is getting very close to grieving the Holy Spirit.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Well it sure grieves me. When he first started his abuse of me it kept me up at night. Now, I sleep like a baby. When you constantly get hammered with slander you either stop letting it bother you or take away the hammer. There have been times I was very glad this is all on line. Otherwise, like in the movie "Billy Jack" there wouldn't a thing he could do about it.

I am going to sneak out very soon. I'm not about to look on line during the weekend. That's one place he can't stalk me. Have a good weekend.

        • Roger says:

You pretend Christians that aren't born again and don't believe Christ when He spoke to the thief on the cross, you are so smooth.

Just like the other nominal Christians that like feeling 'spiritual'.

Let's see, They are addressed in Revelations as the church of Laodicia. Neither hot nor cold, and they get spewed. You need to decide if you will stand for God or not.

        • FlameCCT says:

Have a great weekend! Love Billy Jack's response. Stating a plain and simple truth.

        • Roger says:

Yes, then you do the opposite.

So, what evil are you going to champion and support next?

        • Roger says:

You know Jesus had people upset too.
And He never let it muzzle His ability to tell the truth.

And I have taken it to my pastor and discussed it with minsters outside my church.
They say that we have a responsibilty to speak up when someone lies about God.

You know, that Ephesians 6:10-18 thing you ignore.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Eph 6:10-18 is not talking about attacking people or defend Christianity. Its scope entails protecting “yourself” from the wiles of the devil with truth, peace, faith, spirit, salvation and word. It says to pray and make requests in spirit. This is not fighting other people. It’s resisting the devil and his minions.

Has your paster taught you this baloney?

        • Roger says:

So the armor of God is just token decorations for us to use when we bow to evil?

Who taught you that baloney, some moderate cleric who is tired of Christians resisting their own slaughter?

        • Ricky Michael says:

Good morning Rog. You are in luck. I had to come in this morning to do research on a project for the General; I assume that you have your mean and nasty hat on today, ready for more ridicule and insults.
Funny thing, me with my mis-wired brain, can read and understand the meaning of an author better than you can. Hahaha. I seek to understand the intent that is being conveyed by the writer, not how I can use it to support my position.
Mr. Flame is absolutely correct when he said that Jesus did not mistreat people. When he admonished them, it was in love and meaning to correct their behavior. He wanted them to stop acting like the unbelievers. I suspect that he would have a few words to say to you in that regard. You can’t turn anyone to Christianity when they can see no difference between you and themselves.

        • Roger says:

So, are you going to start correcting wee wee in love and to admonish him to take that photo off his profile? Are you going to suggest in a caring heart that he stop and change his opinions that christians should be locked and burn in churches?

Or are you just a spineless coward afraid to wear the armor of God? Are you just not man enough to 'stand' in spiritual warfare?

        • Ricky Michael says:

I haven’t tried yet to get Mr. Edwards to put his old picture back yet. But, I will ask him nicely.

How about it, Mr. Edwards? Would you please put your old picture back on your profile? I’ll make you a deal in return. If you do, then roger will eat crow and promise to be nice to you for now on and the first time he doesn’t do it, you can put back the one you like the best. Of course, he will never make that promise and if he did, he could never be able to control himself enough to follow thru with it.

        • Roger says:

So after ignoring your own texts and persecuting me you have been shamed into doing the right thing.

And not because I surrendered to evil.

        • Ricky Michael says:

If you believe that you shamed me into doing the "right" thing that's fine. It's just another of your kind of assumptions.

Then we agree? You will be nice to WeeTodd if he takes down his picture and puts back his old one? Remember, the first time you are not nice the deal is off.

        • Roger says:

          We agree to nothing.
Nothing in my Bible says to form a partnership with evil.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

Then why are you so evil?

"The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO"

        • Roger says:

I follow the Bible, even when it's not popular.

You want to burn a church full of Christians. As long as that's your position while you ignore real evil like the stoning of a 14 year old rape victim begging for her life, how could I have any other position?

        • FlameCCT says:

You're too kind calling it baloney. lol He doesn't see that Jesus did not abuse people when telling the truth. Instead he hides behind the passage in an attempt to justify his behavior.

        • Roger says:

          Tell that to the pharisees.

They seemed to consider Him not very nice.
Even the ones that tried to box him with the approved religious dogma of the time over truth.

        • Ricky Michael says:

So many times after receiving your hateful comments toward me I have to go read this verse to remind myself.

11 Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, 12 having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation. 1 Pet 2:11-12

        • Roger says:

Do you think it's honorable to support a guy who says this?

          24 minutes ago @ Breitbart.tv – Soldier Found Guilty i… · 1 reply · +1 points
"The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO"

          So you think that's honorable?

Do you think it gives glory to God when you do that? Really?

I read your apologetics and think of the moderate muslims who refuse to criticize the militants and think how you're just as evil as they are for not calling evil out.

Ephesians 6:10-18. We are to stand! We are not to compromise with evil.

You are on enemy territory and if you think encouraging evil is loving someone. You are like a drunks wife handing him another bottle.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Can you not see how very sorry this makes you look to others? What do you Mr. Flame?

        • Roger says:

You expect my vanity would keep me from speaking out?

You didn't address a single issue I pointed out again.
Can you show me where my vanity is a Christian's concern?

        • Ricky Michael says:

Here you go Pride is condemned (Your vanity is Pride)

          1 Tim 3:6-7
6 not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

          James 4:6
6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:
          “God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble.”

        • Roger says:

And those two texts are why I don't care if you agree with me, I don't care if Ctt agrees with me. The Bible lays out clear standards for acceptable conduct and what is evil. When someone is clearly evil on a forum set up for exchanging Ideas I'm going to give him an Idea that his ideas are evil.

          See how that works?

        • Ricky Michael says:

Hahaha, so you don’t care what the scriptures say either? Here is just more ammo for Mr. Edwards to use on you. You need to adjust your attitude toward ALL of the scripture and not just the parts you like.

Yes, it sure does. I wish you could see it too.

        • Roger says:

I see you're still the pretend Chistian. Of course I care what scriptures say, and I've laid them out for you all to see.

And I'm supposed to realize when confronting evil it's a spiritual battle and wearing the whole armor of God I'm supposed to 'stand' and not surrender.

I've adjusted my attitude. You need to care what scripture and Christ himself said and accept Him into your heart an experience that Born again nature.

        • Ricky Michael says:

I have been born again and you don't believe me because I do not engage in the abusive tacticts that you do. I keep all of the teachings of Christ, not just what I like, nor do I twist the meaning of verses to suit my agenda.

        • Roger says:

No, I don't believe you based on your own comments.

You said the Billy Graham style prayer of acccepting Christ wasn't biblical. You said you do the right things, and decided to follow Christ.
That ignores the Rev 3:20 scenario since it doesn't bring Christ inside the heart, as you described it. It's still you in control struggling to do the right things with him outside the heart. That is not the born again experience as John 3:3 and Rev 3:20 describe it, as Paul builds on for all the other things you list.

And you just twisted your spiritual life to suit your agenda again.
If you don't want to invite Him into your heart, that's your choice. But as an unconverted non born again Christian don't think you have the right to rip on me for standing up to evil as the Bible tells me to.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Just because Roger says so, doesn't make it true, about me or the Bible.

I have finished my research for today, so will have to wait until Monday to absue me some more.

BTW, if you did talk with your pastor, there was no way that you told him that you resist evil with ridicule and insults. Unless you really are a member at Westboro, then you did and he was proud..

        • Roger says:

Because Christ taught it, that makes it true.

And you've finished nothing today. You're just shamed into offering me a token deal which you have no place in speaking for wee wee, and then pretend you're shamed into doing the right thing. But even then you did it as a sham token.

You are a sham token and I'm glad I spoke to my pastor.
We are not to have partnership with unbelievers, didn't you learn that? 2 Cor 6:14

You are a craven Coward that doesn't stand for Chrsitianity, not the Christianity of the protestants that died rather than meet evil half way.

You don't really understand Christianity enough to discuss it rationally. But then as a non born again person, why would I expect you to?

        • Ricky Michael says:

3 We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed. 4 But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses, 5 in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings; 6 by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love, 7 by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, 8 by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; 9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and yet not killed; 10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things

        • Roger says:

So Paul went through stripes, imprisonments, tumults and labors, and without sleep and still didn't give an inch to evil.

          Yet you do.
The armor of God is to help us 'stand' in the spiritual warfare we face. Not to capitulate. Why do you want evil to win?

How can you defend someone that wants to burn churches full of Christians and not be part of that same evil?

        • Ricky Michael says:

There is more than one kind of evil. there is kind practiced by the unbelievers and there is the kind practiced by the apostates.

          I battle both.

        • Roger says:

Apostate is a sharia kind of word.

          You're slipping.
Is that why you support the Christian Dhimmi mode of approved surrender?

        • FlameCCT says:

Geez, notice how he doesn't even know basic history of the church concerning Apostasy and Heresy. If it doesn't match his heretical beliefs then it must be pagan or sharia.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not arrive until the rebellion comes and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction.

This is a warning to the church, that the return of the Messiah will not occur until we see apostasy (rebellion) in the church first. While we have seen this occurring in the "mainline" churches, what Roger practices is a more insidious form of apostasy.

        • Roger says:

And apostate is still a sharia kind of word resulting in a death penalty.

Don't you know what's going on in the world around you?

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

That is the selective morality he preaches

        • Roger says:

Poor little wee wee. So, you're back in your office at your government terminal again?

I practice a very constant and habitual morality. I would never even talk about burning anyone alive in a building.

Yet you think it's all right as long as it's the religion you hate.
          You practice no morals.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

He leaves me in the dust as well.
Unlike others I know when I have been beat and I man up too it. I can't out debate him on his knowlegde of teh bible.

          24 for me

        • Roger says:

You have more dust on you than the goats your muslim guy acquaintences have in Iowa.

        • Eyes_Open says:

New sporting event? Ya gotta let me in on it!! lol

        • Roger says:

In on it? You're part of it already.

        • Eyes_Open says:

I must be good then, to be in on it with out knowing it is happening. Woo Hoo!

        • Roger says:

          Or delusional.

        • Eyes_Open says:

          The voice of experience. ^

        • Roger says:

          Experience at delusion?

          Sounds so 'pagan'.

        • Eyes_Open says:

That doesn't even have a connection. Once again you reach into the dark hoping to find the light. Fail.

        • Roger says:

Your experience is a delusion. And 'pagan' since you have no proof of a true god behind the religion. Creation – my mere existence is evidence of intelligent design and the designer behind the creation is evidence of my God.

        • ejdulis says:

          hhhh

        • Roger says:

So, is that the sound you make when you are with your boyfriend?
And I really wish you'd point that thing at his mouth instead of mine.

        • ejdulis says:

Jesus loves you Roger, but everyone else thinks you are an aaassshhhooolleee!!!!

        • Roger says:

So, on just the second try you manage to type with your mouth full.

        • ejdulis says:

Where does it say in the bible that you can stick furry animals up your butt Roger? Stop doing it!

        • Roger says:

We don't always let you set the trends.

So, you're alone on that jag.

        • LayerDepth says:

          What's with the squirrel?

        • Eyes_Open says:

lol, circular logic is it's own failing. More proof of your lack of education. The proof of my gods are all around us. I see them daily, unlike you who fears what you believe to be a god. You constant state of delusion is evident from you constant schooling by people on this site.

I have proof of my gods, and one day you will be privy to it as well, but you have a lot of growing to do first.

        • Roger says:

          It's logic based on evidence.
I dont' fear my God. I know Him and He's done a lot for me.
I don't have to offer sacrifices (even human sacrifices) since He has taken care of that for me.

Why is it you think people who are wrong, and always caught being wrong are schooling me?

You have no proof of any false gods. Pagans are so sure, as if that makes a difference.

        • Eyes_Open says:

And where is your evidence? Can't find it? Don't want to share because you know it will be proven false? Your "faith" has been proven wrong by members of your own religion, how much more obvious can it get?

        • Roger says:

Creation has evidence all around you.
Intelligent design has an intelligent designer.

And nothing has proven creation false, we are here.

        • Eyes_Open says:

And nothing has proven that a single god is responsible for creation. With the inherent duality of nature, it shows that more than one intelligence is responsible for the design.

        • Roger says:

Can you show differing styles in life? Carbon based in one corner, copper based in another? DNA in dual strands for some life, and quad strands in another?

Go ahead, I'm waiting for you to show multiple styles in creative design.

All fish have one similar design with variations. Can you show some breath with gills, some have osmosis and don't still depend on oxygen but live on florone or somethings?

          I'm still waiting.

        • Eyes_Open says:

There is male and female in everything including plant life. If your god made us in his image, would that make him a hermaphrodite? Yes DNA is DUAL strand, requiring both parts to make like, not just the single strand RNA that would indicate a SINGLE creator.

And all fish have gill structures, again you fail. You can't even make up lies that aren't obvious.

        • Roger says:

So, as a constant it implies a single intelligence and a single type of design.

There is other reproduction of course, but not in ways that would imply other than a single intelligence.

        • Eyes_Open says:

It implies no such thing. You are fabricating a conclusion that has no bases in truth just to make yourself feel better about your fairy tales. I ask again, If we were created in "his" image, does that mean your idea of a god is a hermaphrodite?

        • Roger says:

No it implies you are fabricating a conclusion based on your own issues.

And since you think you evolved from primordial ooze why do you bathe?

        • Eyes_Open says:

Once again YOU are making things up to suit your pseudo-argument. I have never said that I evolved from "ooze", however you don't appear to evolved past the ooze state.

        • Roger says:

No I'm not. I made a simple statement. If you are a pagan and worship the earth and it's powers and truly believe that you evolved from primordial ooze, then why do you bathe instead of saving the 'offerings' sent from nature?

        • Eyes_Open says:

You are making several assumptions about a very general term that you obviously know nothing about. Which puts you in the realm of pure fantasy, which is where most monotheist like yourself stay. Educate yourself, come up with a cohesive question, then ask.

After all Adam was make from the clay of a river bank, so you must keep the filth on you.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:

Even your god spoke of other gods, but you aren't educated enough in your on bible to see that.

        • Roger says:

And you do the same thing with monotheisms.

          You silly little pagan you.

        • R Michael says:

I going going to reply, this one is way too good to pass up. My score will remain only 7.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

26 as of now. He actual;ly thinks we work together. How many thousands of miles apart are we?

        • R Michael says:

I don't know. what part of Iowa are you in? I'm in fort Worth. Maybe I can catch up a lttle while you are out of town. His has no clue.

You are definately going to win. I can't best you even on a good day in this contest.

        • R Michael says:

We are 871 miles apart. That's over a 14 hour drive awy from me.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

And he thinks I can open my door and you're right there.

          What a liar.

I deleted the comment for stalking purposes.

        • R Michael says:

I understand. I have way too many in my comment stream to delete I'm in Fort Worth. If he ever shows up on my door step he will find out that I am not lying about being a martial arts instructor. Then again, I might treat him even worse, I will be kind to him. That is like pouring red hot coals upon his head. (In the Bible too.)

        • Roger says:

This is so cute. Are you trying to make the multiple profiles sound individual now?

        • Roger says:

Says the hack paid troll. How much iranian oil money is wasted when I make you all look like the fools you are?

        • ForConstitution says:

Jeeze. Weewee should check into the funny farm and get treatment for schizophrenia. I've seen other trolls talk to themselves, but he takes the cake. Who does he think he's fooling?!

It's patently obvious how many accounts he's running in this thread.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

It's obvious you don't have a grasp on reality on reality either.

Tell you what moron have the mods pull the IP address from all 4 of us and see if they match.

But then why should it matter? Even if I did it is a free country and I can do that. Maybe time to change your name you are obviously not for the Constitution

        • Roger says:

Oh wee wee. He has you nailed.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

Yep, that's the truth. The only ones who like him are the weak minded minions he has manged to lie to

        • Eyes_Open says:

I like him, I like everyone……..OK even I didn't think that sarcasm was funny, I'll keep trying. How are you today Mr. Edwards?

        • R Michael says:

Hi Mr. eyes. He is traveling to Utah today. He will be able to contact you Tomorrow.

The funny thing, our friend has no earhtly idea how I, being 800 miles away from him, know where he is. Ha,ha,ha. If you figure it out please don't say anything. I think you are smart enough to do it. Him, not so much.

        • Eyes_Open says:

LOL, Very well. How are you? I have been off a bit the few days myself, dealing with issues around the house that have kept me out in the rain. Looks like you two have come up with a new pass-time.

        • R Michael says:

I'm great. And yes, we keep score now. I am being smoked by Todd, but he cheats being an atheist and all. You are welcome to join in, if you can stand the abuse.

        • Eyes_Open says:

Abuse? One of my favorite lines from "Roadhouse", "Pain don't hurt". Troll abuse is only in your mind anyway, can't get to you if you don't let it.

        • R Michael says:

Understood 19 to 40 right now

        • Roger says:

And still living in a propaganda shell void of any reality.

What else are you pretending I wonder?

        • Roger says:

          How noble.
Focus on how to avoid the reality since the truth is so unpalatable.

        • Eyes_Open says:

If your reality is controlled by what you read on this site, you should try getting a Real Life. That is not another computer program, it means shutting down the computer and going out into public, take a shower first.

        • Roger says:

Unlike your little circle of talking voices I have an amazing life that would surprise you.

And none of it is your business. You fail to meet in the arena of debate over ideas and current events. And even with wee wee using his multiple profiles you guys can't lie enough to ignore obvious issues.

        • Eyes_Open says:

You have had nothing but insults and vile for weeks, since when have you debated anything. With you it is rogers way or you are the enemy.

And you are right, if you have any life outside of this, it would surprise me.

        • R Michael says:

haha, our friend thinks that Todd and I work together. Todd works in some plant in Iowa. I work for a retired Brig General out of Fort Worth (near a military base). I am a highly trained martial artist, I carry a hand gun everywhere I go (I have a licence to carry), I make trips to areas with military bases all the time. I am not in the military and never have been. My best friend is a Marine. One of my former classmates is a Navy Seal. I am a contractor who builds things. I have nothing to do with Todd, who work in a plant in some environmental something (I haven't been able to quite figure that one out yet.)

        • Roger says:

To think you pretend to have all those conversations.
To think you actually think it's fooling anyone.

        • R Michael says:

You sure have been fooled. hahaha

If I can find him, what if???? You need to behave yourself. Don't worry, I have better things to do. hahahaha

        • Roger says:

You could be tossing your cookies in a toilet and do better than this.

        • R Michael says:

Alright Mr. Smarty pants, tell me how I'm doing this. hehehehe

        • Roger says:

I don't have to. Just exposing you has been enough.

        • Cognitive Dissident says:

you have merely continued your endlessly long exposition of your emotionally crippled idiocy.

        • Roger says:

          So many big words.

You're going to get a shiny participation award at the next muslim potluck, aren't you?

        • FlameCCT says:

He found me too. Not that it was really that hard except for those suffering from CRIS.

        • Roger says:

When dealing with trolls I have learned to always expect the same things that an angry 1st grader would pull.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Never make assumptions Mr. Flame. No one is ammune to being found when the determination to do so is there. I worry about this all the time.

        • Roger says:

Don't you know as a Christian that ours is not a spirit of fear?
          2 Tim 1:7

        • Ricky Michael says:

It amazes me how little you understand about me, after so many conversations with me. There is nothing in this world that I am afraid of. My "worry" sir is for others, not myself.

        • Roger says:

It amazes me that you still know so little about practical Christianity. I offer an encouraging text when you say you are worried. As a real Christian you would understand that born again believers pray then trust God to take care of things. That's why we don't have a spirit of fear.

But no, even forgetting to claim I'm taking scriptures out of context you just went for that cheap shot.

Why so many insults if you actually believed all the things you've been lecturing me on?

        • Ricky Michael says:

Do you not see how the tone and demeaner of your comments look to me?

It is so hard to use the written language without the emotion showing thru.

If in fact your were trying to be encourging to me, then yes, I most certainly apologize to you, Roger.

So very many of your comments to me have been with insult, that it is very difficult for me to determine what your intent is.

What I said is true. You don't understand me. I am concerned for others, you too.

Otherwise, I would never answer you.

        • Roger says:

The tone and demeanor. Yeah, I'd say it just about matches this one.

        • Eyes_Open says:

Yes, pray and leave it to god, just like Heaven's Gate members did. That worked out so well. What ever happen to god helps those that help themselves. Pray and sit around waiting on god to take care of things, a very liberal notion, substitute "god" for "Obama" and you have what got us into the situation we are in today. Great advice!

        • Roger says:

You silly pagans, you're all alike.

Are you going to pray to the aztec god? How did all that work out?

        • Eyes_Open says:

Once more, you have no excuse for you behavior so you try to deflect and change the subject, typical pinkie liberal monotheist tactic.

        • Roger says:

You silly pagans, all the same. So, you vacation in Chile to leave a child out as a pagan sacrifice lately?

        • Eyes_Open says:

Nope, You been back to Spain to kill any innocent women lately?

        • Roger says:

Not happening, not in your lifetime, not due to the Bible and teachings of Christ for the modern church and even then those people were the ones who stopped human sacrifices in Mexico.

So, even the worst Christians were better than you silly pagans.

        • FlameCCT says:

I am not assuming. I do wonder if he projects his own use of office email on to WTE.

        • Roger says:

Is that the best you can do?

          Really?

Did Wee wee think you two could stop me from tearing into his bigotry with flawed Christianity and then you make a stupid comment like that?

All my posts are on my personal computers. I have flexibility at my private sector job, but wouldn't think of stealing resources from work like that.

I'm too much a Christian to consider it.

        • Eyes_Open says:

Haaaa… You post 18 hour a day. Either you have no job or you are posting while on the job! So what is the difference?

        • Roger says:

I post when the mood strikes. Either it's none of your business or you just can't stand being answered every time.

        • Eyes_Open says:

So everybody else's time is your business, but your time is nobody else's. Typical hypocritical monotheist rant. Troll

        • Roger says:

You silly pagans. You're just all so hot tempered.

Is that why so many did the human sacrifice thing?

        • Eyes_Open says:

          Your the one loosing it..lol

        • Roger says:

Me?I've just a monotheist exactly like all the other monotheist religions? I don't advocate violence or suicide bombs or rusty swords for apostates yet you say I'm like all the other monotheists. You have lost it, you silly pagan you.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Now you know for a fact that I have not been lying ABOUT THIS.

You treat me the same way you treat the Bible, without understanding.

Let's do simple Bible quiz so you can demonstrate your Bible knowledge. When my 3 kids were all 13 yrs old they knew the correct answer.

In the first 9 chapters of Proverbs, what does the context show?

        • Roger says:

You tell me about the list in the last chapter of Revelation, the one about who won't get into the city. What is the context in it?You answer me and I'll answer you.

        • Ricky Michael says:

I answered you. Now answer my question please.

        • Roger says:

But you didn't. You lied for two comments straight and then I called you on it.

And in the lying for two comments you qualified for the list in Rev 22:15.

So you don't deserve an answer.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

I think his brain was messed up way before he discovered the internet

        • Roger says:

That's what you get for admitting you were handling more than one profile on a debate.

The way you pretend to be chatting back and forth is so lame. Can't you at least try for a different writing style?

        • Roger says:

In your case you need to lay off the squirrels.

Am I the one that even thinks about let alone talks about burning a town full of Christians inside a church?

That's twisted. And speaking of twisted why do you keep that pic? Are you the twisted kind of atheist that has to show a tortured man dying and then mock Him for it?

          That's twisted.

You are the onw ok with a town of christians beating a lady and burning her house down. I guess I don't see the difference maybe the whole eye for an eye thing? I keep the picture because it irritates you. <DIV style=”FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif”> <DIV style=”FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif”> <DIV dir=ltr> <DIV></DIV>

        • Roger says:

You haven't shown that's what happened. That they didn't do something that made the town react that way. You haven't shown the town did light the fire or if they did in the grand tradition of al taqiyya and just blamed the Christians.

You have only shown you have a hatred and bigotry to Christians, And nothing excuses your thinking that you want to do violence but only to Christians. Muslim militants do worse violence daily and you turn a blind eye, why is that?

          <DIV style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif"> <DIV style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif"> <DIV dir=ltr> <DIV></DIV>

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

I don’t have to show anything, if they did not do it then my comment was unwarranted. If they did then it was warranted. You have not shown that they did not either. Of course you don’t show anything but deflection and bigotry

        • Roger says:

Oh, you're back at work behind your tax payer funded terminal again.

So, what damage did you do in the name of statism in Utah?

Can I make up a story about a poor family of Christians living in peace and a mean muslim militant slaughtering them and have you rip on islam?

You could read that story actually happening in Nigeria, Sudan, Iraq, Iran, the West Bank, Egypt, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, or any number of places.

You don't have anything but hatred and bigotry.

Shame you decided to keep posting here.

        • FlameCCT says:

Geez, I'm not that good with the Bible. I just had good teachers and pastors that taught me the importance of proper exegesis and hermeneutics. It also saddens me when others just spout Scripture without any real idea of the principle involved in context.

The interesting thing about my time with LTS is that I was the token Lutheran amongst the primarily Baptists. It does tend to sharpen your argument when you have to be accurate so I try to be as accurate as possible and provide documentation. I prefer the NET Bible because it appears to be the most accurate translation and it has a huge amount of notes with it to help understand the word usage and context. I love the language of the King James however it is not as accurate because they did not have as many source materials. I would love to take the NET translation and re-write it in the King James language. :-)

No, he hasn't. He has taken a few texts out of context and used them without the right foundation.

He has overlooked the very thing that Makes Christianity what it is. What makes it different, the born again conversion allowing Him to change us in His power, and not relying on our own strength.

It's something an atheist wouldn't understand.

The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO

        • R Michael says:

I would have been a "neighbor" to the woman who had her house burned down and was beaten up by all those people in the first place. If I had been there, there would have been people lying all over the ground bleeding too.

You can't understand how WeeTodd thaought this was so terrible that he got mad about it and said something he shouldn't have. then for months you have thrown it in his face. People do that, get mad. No one is perfect. I have even defend you to WTE, using the same line.

        • Roger says:

So once again you accept the worst possible version of events to put Christians in a bad light. You accept that these Christians weren't acting in self defense that this family had done nothing to anyone in the entire town that warranted their rejection, and that they didn't set fire to their own house on the way out to smear the Christians.

You know (or should ) that muslims are trained at Al Taqiyya. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfPbz9mQ5fw

Why are you working for the dark side in this?

        • R Michael says:

You really don't know how funny that is saying that to me. You have no idea. hahaha

        • Roger says:

Yes, I think I do. And you didn't actually defend yourself against any of the points I brought up.

Once again you're Peter in that courtyard too much a coward to be a brave Christian solider with the sword of truth.

        • R Michael says:

Your insult didn't work too well did it?

Of course it did. It was good enough you didn't have a comeback and instead reverted to insults.

So, now that you can't discuss issues you decide to divert to childish games. Do you allow only muslims, pagans, and atheists in your little treehouse club?

          I bet you do.

        • FlameCCT says:

So why do you practice Al Taqiyya?

        • Roger says:

          You haven't shown I do.
I have shown you don't understand the Bible.

Why are the two of you joined at the hip today? Just standing in for Wee wee? Why are you both supporting evil so stubbornly?

        • FlameCCT says:

Al Taqiyya = This means a legal dispensation whereby a believing individual can deny his faith or commit otherwise illegal or blasphemous acts while they are under those risks.

You have committed several illegal or blasphemous acts which are contrary to your Christian faith.

You have shown that you can cherry pick passages instead of applying proper exegesis and hermeneutics to the passages. IOW you have proven that you do not understand the Bible and the principles contained therein nor the appropriate application of those principles.

        • Roger says:

So you know what Al Taqiyya is claimed to be, not what it's used for in practical application. You didn't bother using my link. But then with your closed mind I would expect that.

And I have shown a clear understanding of many things in the Bible that you don't have a clue on. Where did Pentecost begin the new covenant for example.

You think I've committed glashmeous acts? That's pretty sharia of you. You going to try stoning me next? You guys down at the mosque must be pretty irrritated to start the blasphemy routine. Are you going to do the apostate routine next?

        • R Michael says:

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit upon the aspostles in the form of tongues of fire at the Temple in Jerusalem on the 1st day of Pentecost. This was the first ever preaching of the Gospel, by Peter. The apostles baptisted 3,000 souls on the first day into the Lord's church.

Just because Mr. Flame and I disagree with you, you shouldn't make the mistake of thinking that we are stupid. Neither of us is Muslim either. Saying this makes you look so very silly.

        • Roger says:

So, Christ shed His blood on the cross. That's what earned our salvation. That was the fulfillment of the old covenant – the new covenant. And just because you do what you always tell me not to do, that's why I call you names. And just because you happen to have the same spin on religion as muslims tells me you have serious issues with what spirit you're listening too.

        • R Michael says:

Do you know that there is a difference between “Paradise” and heaven? There is also a difference between Hades and Hell. The relationship is that Paradise and Hades are the waiting places of the dead, Hades for evil and Paradise for good. Heaven and hell are of course the final resting places too for those that are good and evil respectively. Jesus said that he and the thief would be in Paradise on that day. Later, Jesus told his disciples not to touch him because he had not yet ascended. John 20:16-18 Later, it was ok to touch him, see the discourse with Thomas. John 20:26-28 He told the apostles to wait in Jerusalem for power from on high. Luke 24:48-50 That power came to them on the day of Pentecost. Acts 2:1-4

          .

        • Roger says:

So you're degenerating into multipart confusion?

Salvation is simple. You accept and believe on Christ and what He teaches, and invite Him into your heart. The Spirit leads you into truth from there.

          You don't get that.

        • FlameCCT says:

I think you had it right. If one doesn't conform to his "militant" form of Christianity then they are, according to him, atheist or pagan or Muslim.

He seems to have difficulties in understanding the basics and refuses to understand that there is so much more and fuller meaning to the Scriptures.

        • Ricky Michael says:

There are many on this site who share his heretical apostacy of the scriptures. They fly around mainly at night time. And they have no problem ganging up on you and just verbally beating the you know what out of you.

Our friend thinks he is battling evil like someone of the Knights Templar. Sir Gallahad maybe. At one time I thought very highly of him. But he has shown his true colors now. Not very pretty.

        • Roger says:

Thinking that Christ's blood paid for our sins, and that accepting Him into our hearts and surrendering to the 'born again' experience isn't heretical. It's fundamental Christianity.

But then again I'm talking to someone who supports the kind of guy who wants to burn down churches.

          Not very pretty.

        • R Michael says:

Acts 2:41 41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Then in Acts 2:47 47Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

He originally told Peter that he would build his church on the fact that he was the son of God. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:17-19

The church started on that day. Now back up your position, if you can

        • Roger says:

And they actually believed what Christ taught.

And Christ said to Petra (pebble) that on this rock (not just the petra) would God build the church.

You sound like a Catholic when you revert to that rant, I still don't understand why you think it's the church at pentecost that saves someone over the blood of Christ at the cross.

One fullfilled the old covenant, one was just a tool for believers after.

        • R Michael says:

hahaha. If I was a Catholic, I would have said that Christ built his church on Peter the first Pope. And, you can't back your postion up with scripture. Very sad.

You may be able to fool all the masses on this site who are uninformed and uneducated in the word but you can't fool me. I know exactly what and where you are with your knowledge of the scriptures. I am first and foremost a teacher of God's word. I understand what level students are at.

        • Roger says:

I don't need to fool anyone.
You don't know this text if you don't already know what I just explained. And Catholics are the Church who use this text to justify the authority of the Church to decide who goes to heaven. Protestant churches rely on Christ and His sacrifice for their assurance of salvation over what any priest might say.

You are not a true teacher, at least not in the Bible.

        • R Michael says:

Acts 2:47 47Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

If you are not added to the Lord's church, then you are numbered with the unbelievers.

I am still waiting for you to back up your position with scriptures. Insults don't work too well to rattle me. And if you really think I really get mad at something on this site, hahaha. You never see when you are being toyed with. WeeTodd does to you all the time.

        • Roger says:

Yes, God used the church as a tool for believers. But it's the blood of Christ that saves. You really don't pretend to be a Christian very well.

        • Ricky Michael says:

hehehe, stalking three people at one time must be difficult. Or maybe expensive for you.

I'm at 69. You need to respond to this one. I need to be at 70.

        • Roger says:

You need to be at peace with the one who wants to be in your heart.

        • FlameCCT says:

Now that is funny coming from someone has never been to an Arabic country. BTW: BTDT

        • Ricky Michael says:

Congratulations….you have made the stalker list in record time. Most Excellent.

        • Roger says:

          Congratulations.
And to think you all did so much to work for the guy who wants to burn Christians alive in church.

        • Ricky Michael says:

This thread is now getting too big. I can't find your comment so I will answer on this one.

It's ok to disagree with me. I will not bite your head off for doing so. I never said that someone had to totally understand the scriptures perfectly to make it to Heaven. there will always be slight differences. We are human and can't be perfect no matter how hard we try. Christ makes up the shortfall for us. When you are hosnestly seeking to do his will that is. Doing things in the exact opposite will send you to a permanant vacation in the heat.

I have been studying and teaching for over thirty years now and still I learn more every day. It will end when I go home. (Not in Fort Worth)

        • Roger says:

Yes, and I avoid doctrinal discussions here.
But fundamental such as the Born again experience are such basics to all Christianity that for you not to understand it throws everything off kilter.

It means you rely on your own determination to be Christ's and not on His power to change your heart from inside.

        • Ricky Michael says:

          Love Your Enemies
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor[g] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,[h] 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren[i] only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors[j] do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

When I see you actually keeping this command will be when you have the right to lecture me. Thanks for all the points. 75

        • Roger says:

When I see you showing me that it says I have to let them lie about my God and continue smearing His name while I am cowering and too ashamed to speak up then it applies.

Thanks for failing on all points. Some teacher you are.

        • Ricky Michael says:

It is not your or my job to administer vegeance against the unbelievers. They will answer for every word. The only job you have been given is to go into all the world and make diciples. You are not doing that. All a long I was working with them to try and do this. then you come along and make it so they will never listen. In fact your reinforced what they already believed about Christians. Your example is a very poor one to say it nicely.

        • Roger says:

This is a forum for debate. It's about ideas.

This is the place where people can discuss ideas safety, not distribute vengeance. If I'm too much a coward to defend my God here with simple words then how can I claim to be a Christian?

If I'm not willing to say I stand for something here, then where?

If I'm not willing to say calling for the burning of a church full of Christians isn't wrong, then what is?

How can you think that when you're muzzled to that extent that you haven't lost your salty flavor or hidden your light?

My example is mine. Christ himself didn't back down when He was right. Paul didn't down when he was right.

Now as a teacher do you teach your kids that being wrong doesn't matter? That they shouldn't witness unless they lower themselves to think as badly as the people who would advocate burning a church full of Christians?

        • Ricky Michael says:

Let correct you. This forum is all about Roger's idea of debate. Anyone disagreeing with Roger gets hounded, replied to death, verbally abused, insulted with every name roger can think of, and ridiculed.

All of this is absolutely the truth. Any sane person only has to read what you write to know I tell the truth. Even all your buddies have dropped off the radar now.

        • Roger says:

Was it? It was about a God hating atheist that advocated burning a church full of Christians. That wanted to blame the evil of Hitler on Christ's teachings. And when I defended my Savior you stepped in and said I was wrong.

That's what this is all about.
And you continue to this comment to think that I shoudln't speak up when confronted with that evil?

"The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO "

There are Christians dying for their faith, and you won't even say that sentence is wrong, and that someone who blames Christ's teachings for the murder of millions shouldn't be called out as a lie?

        • Ricky Michael says:

Now you have either just forgotten or you are just doing some good old fashioned lying. This started when you blasted me for apologizing to WTD when I mistook something he said. You have not let up on me since then. Twice I have tried to make peace and been slapped down by you. You have no defense that will justify your misbehavior.

        • Roger says:

When you support evil, I cannot support you.

The call to stand for the things in the last text cct used demands I do better than that.

Christ met with the woman at the well, he never encouraged her in living in sin or other evil practices during the meeting.

My Savior is my defense, and its His example I follow.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Great, then start follow his teachings in Mat 5 and you and I will no longer have any problems.

Also, no greater love is there than one who lays down his life for another. Christ did it for evil, sinful men. Start saving men instead of beating them down all the time.

        • Roger says:

I do. I know him, and wouldn't consider letting someone badmouth God without defending Him.

You realize as a Bible teacher Meek doesn't mean weak. It means letting God fight His own battles. Like Moses.

Did Moses hide scared to speak out and defend God in Egypt?

Did God want a peace through letting pagans continue offering human sacrifices in Canaan?

What was your point again, other than you don't seem to believe that God hating sin is a favor to us, that we are better off without it, and defending sin is against God's tactics.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Moses was doing exactly as God told him to do. Two of Aarons' sons died for not doing exactly what God told them to do.

God told us to love our neighbors. this means the good and the bad. You are disobeying God right now.

If you still think I'm weak, you aren't very bright. I am battle tested both mentally, physically, and spiritually. You don't know what you looking at because your arragance blinds you.

        • Roger says:

And why don't you follow his example and separate yourself from those who are evil? You can love someone who wants to burn churches but you attack someone who says it's wrong. And then you go a step further and seem to think unless I encourage his evil I'm not loving him? Perhaps loving him is making sure he understands it's evil. Do you love sin and want to see him encouraged in it?Speaking of arrogance, it suits you.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Let me make myself clear. If you want to tell him something is wrong, then do it kindly, without malice or insult.

Defending something you believe in so strongly (that is obvious) is not wrong. It's all about the attitude and manner that it is done. When done correctly, not only do you when the argument, but you win the soul too.

You can be very strong with a very soft voice. In my time working with police officers in my martial arts classes, it is usally not the person who screams you need to worry about. It's the man who tells you in a soft voice that he will ki ll you. Him, you listen to.

        • Roger says:

Like you're doing here?Let me make myself clear. You're defending evil and walking on enemy territory. Why do you not want Christ in your heart? You have never explained that one.

        • Ricky Michael says:

He lives in my heart right now. every second of the day. So much so that I follow his every word.

I wish you would.. I am going home.

        • Roger says:

So, what was the John 3:3 moment for you?

        • Ricky Michael says:

This is ny soft voice talking. You have not been really reading my posts. I told you that the day of my Baptism and making My mind up to repent, asking for forgiveness started with a prayer. How many times must I tell you? Have you heard me?

That was John 3:3 for me.

No prayer by itself is sufficient without Baptism, Repenting, Confessing that Jesus is Lord and following his every command. You don't want to hear "I never knew you." Please hear me.

        • Roger says:

You're changing your story. You said you 'decided' before. Not you invited.

So what was it? if you Believe on Christ then you have to believe what He said was necessary.

        • FlameCCT says:

Please remind me, where in the text did Jesus call her a pagan whore who was going to burn in hell along with the atheist she defended?

Instead of following his example, you deny his example by your actions and words. So stop with your self righteous hiding behind the Messiah to excuse your blatant bigotry.

        • Roger says:

Funny, wee wee pretty much said that much to me. And Jesus never support approved of her and told her that it was all right because sin wasn't important.

And Wee wee gets that from you.
That from a guy who so misunderstands the fundamentals of Christianity that you don't understand the blood of Christ could have saved the thief under the new covenant.

I will not stand by as someone so smears Christ that he openly calls for a full church to be burned.

Don't you read Paul at all?
          Ephesians 6:10-18.

        • Eyes_Open says:

He gets that from his cherry picking of Bible scriptures. Example, just above in the thread he tries to use Moses as an excuse for his treatment of people and his rage toward anyone he deems to be not of his following. But when anyone else uses scripture from the Old Testament to show him where he is incorrect, he claims that the Old Testament doesn't count for "Christians" and the laws and actions therein are null and void. He wants it both ways, whichever profits him best at the moment.

BTW, we may not agree on religion but I do like your writing, honest, truthful, and inspiring. TY

        • Roger says:

          No I don't.
I looked at the life and work of Moses and asked how this hero of the Bible backed his views. If he was correct he should have been able to offer examples, or even point to other hero's in the Bible and shown where I was wrong.

          He didn't.

And he didn't show in the New Testament how the leadership there bowed to evil either. Nothing, he had nothing.

And you're still so filled with hatred and bigotry it's like Wee wee has worked his magic on you just like those two who pretend to be Christians.

        • FlameCCT says:

Yes, he does not place the Scripture in context to understand the principle(s) involved. Here is an example:

Roger: "You realize as a Bible teacher Meek doesn't mean weak. It means letting God fight His own battles. Like Moses."

Flame: Meek means showing the attributes discussed in 2 Peter 1:5-8. It means displaying the difference that Christ makes in your life versus the way others live and act. It means holding to Christ in your heart and allow G-D to decide how to deal with those opposed to his Word. It does not mean to appoint yourself to the position that G-D placed on Moses.

Roger: "Did Moses hide scared to speak out and defend God in Egypt?"

Flame: He most certainly did. He fled from Egypt and started a new life with a Midianite (non-Jewish) wife and had a son Gershom. It was not until later that Moses returned and still, under G-D's guidance tried to get the Egyptians to repent and release G-D's chosen people. (NET Exodus 2:11-25)

        • Roger says:

You go ahead and say that.
You, the person who thinks that Christ lied and that the thief on the cross wasn't saved under the new covenant.

You tell me after ignoring Paul talking about spiritual warfare why it's right to defend evil.

You go on, I'm waiting. You keep saying that, but you're still not making any sense.

Since you are bringing up taking a text out of context, Moses fled for violating God's law on Murder. He fled after he failed to represent God, not because of it.

So, point and score. You're just a pretend Christian with no understanding of the religion.

And strangely willing to defend Christian haters and muslim friendly trolls. Why is that?

        • FlameCCT says:

Yes, I tell you and anyone else reading that you hold heretical beliefs and commit blasphemous acts. Primarily through your self appointment as a Christian Avenger, using cherry picked Scripture in an attempt to justify your actions.

        • Roger says:

So sharia the way you think.

          You must be so proud.

To stand against someone who is a born again Christian saved under the new covenant reading the Bible and believing what it clearly says.

And you think that Christ wasn't right when He spoke on the cross.

          You lecture me?
          It's not very convincing.

        • FlameCCT says:

Correction: To teach, reproof, and correct someone who does not act like a born again Christian saved under the new covenant reading the Bible and believing what it clearly says.

        • Roger says:

And defending evil falls into that.

And here I am saying something. Will you listen? Will you listen to Eph 6:10-18?

        • FlameCCT says:

Roger, you are in dangerous waters because you do not understand that passage.

Let me state it as plain as I can. Instead of relying on God and his Word to battle against evil, you have chosen to battle evil with the same methods as evil. Your calling is to resist evil IAW G-D's Word not by imitating and acting no different than evil which you oppose.

        • Roger says:

          Let me be plain.
You have distorted everything you have said to defend and dance with evil.

That's not what the Bible says. That's not what Christ did and it's not what I am called to do as a Christian. And you should have known that.

        • FlameCCT says:

BTW: There is an interesting book by Isaac Asimov, Asimov's Guide To The Bible, Volume I & 2, in which he takes a historical look at Scripture. While he was an avowed atheist, he still treated the text with respect. He attempted to accomplish that which many religious historians and archeologists have been working on for centuries. Placing the Scripture in context as to time, location, people, and events.

        • Eyes_Open says:

I have read part of it, he does good work. I have always been interested in putting ancient stories, religious or not, in the proper historical context. It brings new life to them when you understand the parts that are historically accurate, and what might have been embellished.

        • Roger says:

Of course, in between being beaten half to death by rogue Christians?

You are just so muslim friendly. the al taqiyya is dripping from your posts.

And for the record, the dead sea scrolls were supposed to set the record straight about how the Bible had mutated through the years. You know now? They proved it was accurate.

God took care of His book and it doesn't need an atheist to tell us a thing about it.

        • Eyes_Open says:

The Dead Sea Scrolls, you mean the ones that historians have agreed are 40% COPIES from other Hebrew bibles, 30% stories the Christians wanted left out of the bible, and 30% social laws of the times. Just what does that prove? That only the parts that benefited the writers at the time were included in the bible? That the Greeks were good at copying text? LOL

          48

        • Roger says:

Yes those accurate copies that show accuracy and the Bible go hand in hand, even after all this time.

You can't stand it, can you? That Christianity is proven, that the God of Christianity is proven, and that you are left looking like a bizarre slime worshipper since you believe in evolution and the primordial ooze.

        • Eyes_Open says:

I proves that they had written language, that had been around for thousands of year. It proved that they were good at copying other text. But no piece of parchment is proof of a gods existence. But that is all you need, and your own little pink fantasies that Roger can never be wrong, after all he is princess of the world.

        • Roger says:

You can't stand it can you.
The dead sea scrolls prove this Bible can be trusted to be accurate, that it was protected by providence over the eons.

And you just want to be descended from pond scum.

Why do you wash if you worship the earth and it's bounty?

        • FlameCCT says:

Yes, it did prove that they were good at making copies. Good enough that the textual meaning has not changed in over 2000 years.

While it may not "prove" the existence of G-D, it does prove that Scripture is more accurate than any other writing throughout history including things like the writings of the Greek philosophers.

        • FlameCCT says:

I was required to read ancient stories and texts at Liberty. These help one to understand the author, audience, and context in which Scripture is written. It also makes it easier to discuss issues that people have with Scripture when it can be placed in context.

        • Roger says:

The Bible has it's own context and atheists don't understand spiritual things. The Bible explains this.
          1 Cor 2:14

        • FlameCCT says:

Child please. Grow up and gain knowledge in your spiritual journey instead of being stuck in the infancy stages of Christianity.

Special Ops taught me a very important point; Know Thine Enemy.

        • Roger says:

You have been through so much (sarcasm) and still think that you can tell me that the Bible doesn't say what it says?

Yeah, good luck with that. And since you're a Chrsitian and have quoted that Timothy text on Scriptures you can forget it. I know the Bible says what it means even if you don't like it.

Like Christ talking on the Cross.

        • FlameCCT says:

There is one thing that is very distinctive between ancient texts and Scripture.

Ancient texts only write about the "great and wondrous" things done by the rulers while Scripture writes about the good and bad done by people and rulers. Scripture contains both philosophy (worldview) and theology..

        • Roger says:

And also God's role in them.

        • Roger says:

The Bible is clear enough that it can be understood without atheists explaining it.

When you need smart evaluation to anything you go to someone that understands the topic, not someone that doesn't have a clue.

No wonder you're so confused on issue after issue.

        • FlameCCT says:

Yes the Bible is clear especially when taken in context instead of cherry picking.

Now that is funny. My professor's at LTS had no problem with my usage of non-Christian documents. However Roger the Heretic has decreed otherwise.

        • Roger says:

Yes, and had they read 1 Cor 2:14? Perhaps you should have been more careful about selecting professors.

        • FlameCCT says:

Perhaps you should be more careful with your comments considering your lack of knowledge.

BTW: again, I attended Liberty Theological Seminary and ancient texts are a requirement so one can debate and discuss the differences between them and Scripture.

        • Roger says:

Then how come you get so much wrong and don't have the simple trust in the Bible to say what it means?

          Huh?

          You picked the wrong seminary.

        • FlameCCT says:

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

          Roger,
What exactly does it mean to you to be "born again"?
Is it just something you say? I cam curious about your own interpretation.

        • Roger says:

For me it was about examining my heart and realizing attending and being a member of a church wasn't enough. Realizing that I wanted a new heart, I wanted to surrender my life to Christ and invite Him into my heart, giving Him complete control and then getting on my knees and saying so in prayer. It was the prayer that changed my reliance from what “I” decided to “what does God” want. It was a start, not the conclusion. But it's made everything since possible.

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

Awesome. There is no question that the Bible refer to us being born again. There are some passages in the Book of Mormon that coincide.

          Mosiah 27:25
          And the Lord said unto me: Marvel not that all mankind, yea, men and women, all nations, kindreds, tongues and people, must be born again; yea, born of God, changed from their carnal and fallen state, to a state of righteousness, being redeemed of God, becoming his sons and daughters;

          Alma 7:14
Now I say unto you that ye must repent, and be born again; for the Spirit saith if ye are not born again ye cannot inherit the kingdom of heaven; therefore come and be baptized unto repentance, that ye may be washed from your sins, that ye may have faith on the Lamb of God, who taketh away the sins of the world, who is mighty to save and to cleanse from all unrighteousness.

What else could I expect from a 'Christian' that doesn't understand the born again experience and ignores Rev 3:20.

        • Roger says:

If you understood the Bible you would pray for guidance, open it to a text and read it. Then you would take it for the truth that it presents and accept it.

You would not twist it into things it doesn't say.

        • FlameCCT says:

Thank you Roger for admitting that you treat the Bible no different than an atheist with one exception, that being you pray for guidance first.

Context is key to understanding and communication.

If you do not place the text in context with the surrounding texts and withing Scripture itself then you can easily change the message. If you do not place the text in context with author, audience, and location then you can easily change the message.

You must place the text in context in order to understand the principle that the author is trying to communicate. You then take that principle and bring it into current context to see if it applies to the current situation.

The following text is a guide to us, perhaps you should pray for guidance, open this text and read it, then take it for the truth that it presents and accept it.

1 Peter 1:3-11 "I can pray this because his divine power has bestowed on us everything necessary for life and godliness through the rich knowledge of the one who called us by his own glory and excellence. Through these things he has bestowed on us his precious and most magnificent promises, so that by means of what was promised you may become partakers of the divine nature, after escaping the worldly corruption that is produced by evil desire.

For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith excellence [moral excellence, virtue], to excellence, knowledge; to knowledge, self-control; to self-control, perseverance; to perseverance, godliness; to godliness, brotherly affection; to brotherly affection, unselfish love [agape not eros]."

For if these things are really yours and are continually increasing, they will keep you from becoming ineffective and unproductive in your pursuit of knowing our Lord Jesus Christ more intimately. But concerning the one who lacks such things – he is blind. That is to say, he is nearsighted, since he has forgotten about the cleansing of his past sins. Therefore, brothers and sisters, make every effort to be sure of your calling and election. For by doing this you will never stumble into sin. For thus an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be richly provided for you." (NET)

        • Roger says:

As a learned Christian you are aware of 2Timothy 3:16?

Why are you upset when I pray for guidance than actually think God said what He meant?

You don't seem to understand Christianity at it's core.

        • FlameCCT says:

Yes, I am well aware of 2 Timothy 3:16: "Every scripture is inspired by God and useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the person dedicated to God may be capable and equipped for every good work."

I have been applying that in our discussions in an effort to teach, reproof, and correct your misuse of Scripture so that your dedication and passion for G-D is capable and equipped for good work. However you appear to believe that you are above teaching, correction, and reproof which prevents you from being effective in furthering the Gospel.

Nice try at deflection and projection with a little twisting of words. My statement was clear, you cherry pick verses and use them out of context which is no different than an atheist. I also noted that the only difference was that you prayed for guidance (which is good).

It is you my misguided friend that does not understand Christianity at its core and refuse to move on from "mother's milk" into the richness of maturity in your faith.

        • Roger says:

You attack me then in another breath say this?

You ignore evil and defend it.
How does the Bible support that one again?

And I understand God also had this little quip for you. James 2:1. But go on telling me that reading the Bible is wrong like you just did.

"Thank you Roger for admitting that you treat the Bible no different than an atheist with one exception, that being you pray for guidance first. "

        • FlameCCT says:

Ok. I understand now. You have a persecution complex which does not allow you to see when someone is trying to help you.

I have neither ignored evil nor defended it. Once again, your persecution complex refuses to accept that one can have a discussion with non-Christians without acting like them.

Perhaps you should read James 2:1 in context with the surrounding text. Once again you cherry pick a verse then twist it so that it appears to support your contention. Taken in context it says something much different than your attempted application.

Please show me where I have said that reading the Bible is wrong. You can't because it is a figment of your persecution complex. What I have told you is to read the Bible in context so you can better understand the principle(s) involved in the passages.

Simple question then: Does the following text apply to your actions? Or should we look at it in context with the surrounding text to understand it better?

Rev 2:4-5 But I have this against you: You have departed from your first love! Therefore, remember from what high state you have fallen and repent! Do the deeds you did at the first; if not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place – that is, if you do not repent.

Rev 2:1-7 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus, write the following:
“This is the solemn pronouncement of the one who has a firm grasp on the seven stars in his right hand – the one who walks among the seven golden lampstands: ‘I know your works as well as your labor and steadfast endurance, and that you cannot tolerate evil. You have even put to the test those who refer to themselves as apostles (but are not), and have discovered that they are false. I am also aware that you have persisted steadfastly, endured much for the sake of my name, and have not grown weary. But I have this against you: You have departed from your first love! Therefore, remember from what high state you have fallen and repent! Do the deeds you did at the first; if not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place – that is, if you do not repent. But you do have this going for you: You hate what the Nicolaitans practice – practices I also hate. The one who has an ear had better hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers, I will permit him to eat from the tree of life that is in the paradise of God.’

        • Roger says:

All that and you still defended evil when I was standing up to it.
When I tried to help you you attacked me for it.

So, read those texts and ask if you would defend someone not standing up and defending Christ during his own lifetime. You don't want a strong defense of Christ here now.

        • FlameCCT says:

You weren't "defending Christ" at the start of this whole jihad against me.

You were offended because I called you out for an immature and non-Christian response to WTE congratulating Ralph on the upcoming birth of his first grandchild. You have attempted to justify your non-Christian actions with cherry picked Scripture and claiming you were defending Christ.

Final question; where in Scripture does it support you acting no different than an atheist?

Here's a hint; it cannot be found in Scripture.

        • R Michael says:

You should stop asking him hard questions. hahaha. I apologize. I couldn't help myself. Annoying as heck isn't it?

        • Roger says:

Yes, it's so much more entertaining than finding out about the born against experience and inviting Christ into your heart.

        • Roger says:

How many times have you explained in love that his pic offended your Christian sensitivities?

There is a text that says to shake the dust off your feet and keep going.
So, how can you sitting here ripping on me show you follow the Bible?

Hint, you're a two faced hypocrite that has been converted to defending evil.

        • FlameCCT says:

Offended my Christian sensitivities? Geez, don't start with that progressive, "feeling", male bovine excrement.

Have you forgotten that Saint Paul was the Pharisee Saul, known for being one of the most ardent persecutors of the church? What is a few words or pictures compared to that type of persecution?

It appears that you would have preferred the Apostles to take revenge on him when they had the chance instead of acting in accordance with the teachings of their LORD and Savior.

        • Roger says:

I know Paul warned about spiritual warfare and Christ said not to hide our lights. Yet you are trained to do just that, even when someone evil enough to say this steps forward.

The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO

        • FlameCCT says:

If you "know" these things then why do you hide your light by acting no different than an atheist?

        • Roger says:

When I start acting like an atheist you'll know it.

Why are you so determined to put down other Christians who think this is wrong?

"The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO"

        • FlameCCT says:

I know it because we have all seen it. You write no different than WTE, you cherry pick Scripture no different than WTE, and the list goes on and on.

I haven't put down other Christians, I have pointed out that your constant whining about WTE on unrelated threads is neither appropriate nor effective as a Christian witness.

Why are you so determined to put down anyone that disagrees with your chosen positions on any issue?

        • Roger says:

He says that the old Jewish History applies to the modern Christian church with no foundation or explanation.

You are just blowing smoke at this point.
So, why don't you try to be a scholar and explain how Christ hanging on the Cross lied to the thief again?

        • Ricky Michael says:

He's not doing too well with his rebuttals. Excelent arguments, sir.

        • Roger says:

You're the Neville Chamberlain of Christians.

        • BarnacleBarry says:

          Goal!

        • Roger says:

Boy these loving Christian pretenders don't like it when someone encourages me.

          Sounds almost devilish.

        • Off Dooty says:

Ha ha. Well, you know how feral they are–emboldened by numbers. They're not too tough by themselves but you just wait 'til they get their fellow pack members–boy, are you in trouble! :o)

Ironically, they'll tell you all day long they're not herdmentally ill, natural-born statists. Self awareness isn't their strong suit–takes too much time away from their telling Christians how stupid they are for believing.

        • FlameCCT says:

          Roger = #Occupy Christianity

Sorry, I shouldn't pick on the defenseless.

        • Roger says:

          You aren't.

So, why don't you explain again how Christ wasn't enough for the thief on the cross?

        • Roger says:

Are you trying to put words in my mouth?

Either quote me or you're just a troll.

And why are you fighting for evil instead of against it?
Final question, what text says we are to be partnered with evil? Here's a hint, it's not in the Scriptures.

        • R Michael says:

Mr. Flame, you are walking the same path began to walk in November. It's not quite word for word, however very much the samethoughts being expressed.

If you don't agree with the way our friend does, then you are defending evil. That's the Westboro way of thinking, plain and simple. Right now, I would not be surprised if he was actually one of their members. However, I would guess he lives somewhere in Texas, but I really don't a clue, just a guess.

        • FlameCCT says:

Most likely a radical form of Baptist ideology like the Westboro group which cherry picks certain texts out of Scripture to justify their non-Christian actions. What doesn't make sense is that they fail to see that one cannot fulfill the Great Commission without engaging non-Christians in discussions.

        • Roger says:

No, and what theology do you espouse? Attack Christ and smear his reputation and I'll say nothing then go after the Christians with the nerve to disagree. That kind of Christian, is that what you are?

        • R Michael says:

Exactly, my chosen path is to try and convert atheists. I have been doing this quite a while. It's a lot easier when you can meet face to face. but I try even here. Roger is offended that I try to engage the toughest nut to crack on this site WTE. to him, I support WTE by always being civil with him. What started this feud between Roger and I is when I mistook something WTE said and apolgized to him, it was the right thing to do.

        • Roger says:

And you convert atheists by encouraging them to hate Christ and badmouth him?

        • R Michael says:

It has been constant attacks by roger ever since then. he fails to see that I don't care to when an argument, I want to win souls. I just apologized to Roger for something because he wanted me to, what for I have no idea. He probly is right here because he makes so manytacky comments to me I just assume he is being mean again. I am keeping a list of all the names I've been called. (I have a wrapped sense of humor.) You are doing a great job. You also have WTE afraid to debate you, very funny. Maybe between the two of us we will prevail. Roger can't stop me, ever from doing my lord's will. Peace brother.

        • Roger says:

This has been a constant battle of other 'pretend' Christians that don't understand being 'born again' and that you have to ask Christ into their hearts.

That those pretend Christians will stand and let someone hate Christ and smear Him and not stand up for God, then offer excuses to cover themselves.

Then even pretend that spineless position is the will of God.

        • FlameCCT says:

I disagree with your contention. It has been a discussion between an infant in Christ and those more mature in their spiritual journey attempting to help you. Saint Paul had a similar discussion with the new Christians in Corinth.

1 Corinthians 3:1-3 So, brothers and sisters, I could not speak to you as spiritual people, but instead as people of the flesh, as infants in Christ. I fed you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready. In fact, you are still not ready, for you are still influenced by the flesh.

        • Roger says:

But Paul understood that you become a new infant at conversion when you believe in Christ. And when you believe on Christ you believe what Christ taught, hello, that's the born again conversion experience.

So, we've come a full circle and you are still mistaken.
For a person pretending to be a Christian you sure don't understand the things that make it different from say …. islam. Is this where you start the blasphemy routine again?

        • FlameCCT says:

I hope WTE is not afraid to debate me. I enjoy debates with various Christians and non-Christians. One thing I have learned is that stating the points without malice has a tendency to allow civil discourse. I learned that from being Lutheran in a Baptist seminary and also from the writings of the Dean of LTS. He was born and raised in an Islamic family then became a Christian with subsequent removal from his family.

        • Roger says:

So ponderous sounding. Almost as if you are falling back on your madrassa style education.

Why not toss in a complete textbook definition of Al Taqiyya while you're at it and a couple of 'blasphemies' to boot.

        • R Michael says:

You and WeeTodd have a lot in common. He was raised in a Lutheran family. And he knows the Bible better than any Baptist I have ever met. That doesn't mean that he applies it correctly, he doesn't. I am sure you will be hearing from him and he will be very nice and civil to you.

You already have his respect. That's hard to get. You can learn a lot about people when you take the time to talk to them and not attack them. I understand our other mutual friend all too well.

        • Roger says:

He may know it in the head, but not the heart.
          He certainly doesn't understand it.

        • R Michael says:

If the (He) is WeeTodd, then yes corrrect.
If the (He) is Mr. Flame, then couldn't be more wrong.

        • Roger says:

          Really?

Coming from the Christian who says he believes on Christ but ignores what Christ said was necessary to enter the Kingdom and ignores the way it was described by John again in Rev 3:20?

I'm sorry, I just can't take you too seriously when it comes to scriptures or spiritual requirements.

        • FlameCCT says:

I have a friend of over 30 years that was agnostic when I was in CCT with him. The kind of friend that you would trust with your life. It is just recently that he has become a Christian so I never give up hope that people will see the truth.

        • Roger says:

And is he saved by the Blood of Christ or the church?

        • FlameCCT says:

It is sad that he keeps tightly to his circular logic. When he is shown with Scripture that he is wrong then he falls right back to his circular logic instead of growing as a Christian according to the text found in 2 Peter.

        • Roger says:

True logic does't have lose ends.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Too bad it doesn't work for lose screws too.

        • Roger says:

Too bad it doesn't work for non born again Christians.

        • Roger says:

How can you look at the pic wee wee uses and not take him to task and be offended by it?

Have you read the words on the picture?

You call me a westboro type and remain silent on his pic. That's not you converting him, that's him converting you . You have been corrupted and silenced. If salt has lost it's flavor what good is it?

        • R Michael says:

Sure I'm offended by it. Just because I know where he is doen't mean I can do anything about him. I can't make him do anything neither can you. You certainly will not able to by constantly calling him names either.

I have gotten more with a lump of sugar than when I used a stick. You should try it sometime. 35 to 40.

        • Roger says:

How brave of you. But he has you converted to the mindset where you encourage evil and refuse to speak up for your values and the one who should be in your heart, if you're a real Christian.

        • FlameCCT says:

He has converted you to the mindset where one reading the posts cannot tell the difference between the atheist and the supposed Christian. You have become that which you abhor.

        • R Michael says:

They march side by side Mr. Flame. It's heart breaking.

        • Roger says:

Paul had a lot of say about spiritual warfare.
And you lost the battle before you even realized it.

        • Roger says:

Yes, and did Christ lie to that thief on the cross? You don't know enough about Christianity to lay out it's rules.

        • FlameCCT says:

          Thank you.

        • Roger says:

Yes, now explain how you can overlook this sort of evil?

"The whole town needs locked in the church and the church set on fire. IMO"

        • Roger says:

Nope, not at all. I just know that someone has lost it's salty flavor and put his light under a bushel. Christ talked about that too.

        • Roger says:

What is it like allowing evil to castrate your ability to stand for the things you pretend to support?

        • R Michael says:

Spineless, castrated, bitter, stupid, venting, tossing my cookies, muslim friendly (you are right on that one, I had two Muslim families come to my house the 4th of July. we had a great time.)

Oh, I'm so terrible. I just like everybody. You are my very favorite too. You get me to study my Bible better than WeeTodd does. But it's starting to over lap, I could almost send the same posts to both of you, you guys act so much a like.

Even all your buddies giving me the TDs is very funny to me. I am way past getting upset any more. There is nothing I can do about you either.

Oh yeah, you're still a smarty pants. hahahaha

        • Roger says:

So, how are things going in the office for the both of you?

Talking like this instead of leaning over the isle between terminals must be a bear.

So wee wee, does this mean you have to cut back on moderating your atheist web sites? Why not just get intense debate there and save the trip?

        • Roger says:

Almost as dense as a Christian who doesn't believe Christ in John 3:3, or another person who thinks Hitler was a Christian?

          That's dense.

        • R Michael says:

That's no fair. He was definately talking about me with his misapplying John 3 again. I should get half the point.

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

          Ok fair is fair.

          Why does he misapply scripture?

        • R Michael says:

I don't know. It is so easy to check and he thinks that just because he says something that makes it right.

Want to wager that he will be very busy for a few days?

        • WeeToddEdwards says:

          I know he will

        • Roger says:

Oh, how intellectual you all sound. So pious for an atheist all of a sudden.
Why is it you drop the backgrounds when you're pushed too hard?

This many profiles must be difficult to handle, even for a professional troll such as yourself hiding behind a server that comes with the terminal you sit at?

        • R Michael says:

You don't understand and you have not been listening to me. I have zero problem with the term "Born Again." I have no problem with Mr. Flame's response to you in the other comment thread either on born again. I believe every person who wants to follow christ must be born again. I was born again at age 19 when I was burried with Christ thru baptism and raised to walk in newness of life. This is being born again. This was why Nicademus was asking how can one re-enter the womb. Paul makes it very clear in Romans chapter 6 that baptism is how one experiences the "New Birth" or being Born Again. It IS NOT simple a prayer letting Jesus into your heart. Billy G. was wrong when he said that to all those people.

        • Roger says:

So now you're a liar on top of everything else?

Don't you recall the debate we had. I brought up the Billy Graham style prayer of accepting Christ into your hear and becoming born again. You said it wasn't Biblical.

I started quoting Rev 3:20 and John 3:3 as a result.

Now are you finally coming around?

        • R Michael says:

Re-read what I just wrote to you. I just said that what Billy G's prayer is not being born again in my comment above. I also said that in our debate before, it's not. I am not lying. Are you just trying to mis-lead people, again to think that you know everything or what. It is not Biblical. Baptism is Biblical.

I have given you examples of conversion, all of which include baptism in the conversion of the indivuals.

I am not ever agreeing with your twisted view of conversion at all, period. I will stand with the examples that are shown all the way through the book of Acts.

        • Roger says:

You are flip flopping on this all over the place.
You know what Christ says in John 3:3. I asked you about your John 3:3 moment and you said that it wasn't the matter of prayer, ie the Billy Graham prayer. I pointed out Rev 3:20 and you responded with this.

1 And it happened, while Apollos was at Corinth, that Paul, having passed through the upper regions, came to Ephesus. And finding some disciples 2 he said to them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”
So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit.”
3 And he said to them, “Into what then were you baptized?”
So they said, “Into John’s baptism.”
4 Then Paul said, “John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.”
5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

          Believe only, no smal lprayer

But I don't deny your texts, I simply understand they are built on the relationship that starts with surrender and accepting Christ, resulting in that birth from above, the 'born again' experience that I had asked you about to start with.

Why can't you just say either I had that moment or I didn't and stick to it?
Why all this playing games, don't you consider your own salvation more important than that?

        • R Michael says:

You comment to so many people that you don't even remember who said what. I have said over and over and over. That salvation is based on hear, believe, confess, repent and be BAPTISED.

What you quote was only part of the arugment, just to show you that when people asked what the must do they were told to "Believe" and that there was no small prayer required that was told to them that they had to do. Then in every case they were all Baptised, "Born Again" into Christ.

This site has seriously affected you. Please go see a Doctor.

        • Roger says:

I just pulled that comment from your own comment stream.

You are still flip flopping and according to Rev 3:20 and John 3:3 you have to be born again and that only happens when Christ is invited into your heart. You said:

5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

          Believe only, no smal lprayer"

If it's not a prayer / talk to Christ that invites Him then who are you going to ask when you want Christ 'inside' the heart?

        • R Michael says:

          One more time.

          John 3 The New Birth
1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews……………..3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” 5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’

        • Roger says:

And how does repeating that, knowing that Rev 3:20 explains Christ wants to be invited into your heart keep you from saying a prayer that surrenders your life and asking Him into your heart to cause that born again experience?

        • R Michael says:

We are Baptized into Christ, Born of water must, using proper hermeneutics be Water Baptism to be in harmony with Rom 6. 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
We put on Christ with Water Baptism Gals 3 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Those who have put on Christ through Water Baptism are New Creations (Born Again) See 2 Cor 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

        • Roger says:

And I've been baptized too. But the born again experience starts when you ask Christ into your heart. Rev 3:20. You haven't shown a thing that doesn't support asking (as in prayer) Christ into your heart, then that causes the born again experience.

Why are you so set on not asking Christ into your heart and surrendering your life to him? You claim to be a Christian, so why is this an issue for you?

        • FlameCCT says:

I might disagree with you slightly on this issue of baptism, water, and spirit. I'll wait until I can find some time to put it together with proper citations. Not to mention finding a forum with minimal interference. :-)

        • Roger says:

So you like to share your faith, but not discuss is openly with people who might find fault with your mistakes in it?

Does your 'church' depend on not examining things from all sides?

        • FlameCCT says:

I try to put the below passage to use in my daily life. However it appears that you either have no desire or ability to utilize this simple teaching.

2 Peter 1:5-8 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith excellence, to excellence, knowledge; to knowledge, self-control; to self-control, perseverance; to perseverance, godliness; to godliness, brotherly affection; to brotherly affection, unselfish love. For if these things are really yours and are continually increasing, they will keep you from becoming ineffective and unproductive in your pursuit of knowing our Lord Jesus Christ more intimately.

You have shown, through your posts, that you have neither the desire nor the ability to examine doctrinal issues without displaying an immature attitude. IMHO the next passage applies directly to you.

2 Peter 1:9 But concerning the one who lacks such things – he is blind. That is to say, he is nearsighted, since he has forgotten about the cleansing of his past sins.

        • Roger says:

I hate to say it, but that text is why I cannot stand with someone like wee wee who calls for burning a church.

Any other great texts for proving that as Christians we cannot be partnered with people who hate God and want to burn a church full of believers?

I take it back, I don't hate to say it. I say it with pride and assurance. This text alone should make you reconsider the way you defend the person who blames the teachings of Christ for the evil of Hitler.

        • FlameCCT says:

You assume that because someone treats non-Christians with common decency that they are then "partnered" or "defending" them. My question to you is; how are you following the Great Commission, if you cannot talk with your presumed enemy? There is only one sin which cannot be forgiven by G-D. Who are you to not follow Scripture because someone has offended your Christian "sensitivities."

You ask for a text that talks about this.

1 Peter 3:8-17 Finally, all of you be harmonious, sympathetic, affectionate, compassionate, and humble. Do not return evil for evil or insult for insult, but instead bless others because you were called to inherit a blessing. For the one who wants to love life and see good days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from uttering deceit. And he must turn away from evil and do good; he must seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and his ears are open to their prayer. But the Lord’s face is against those who do evil. For who is going to harm you if you are devoted to what is good? But in fact, if you happen to suffer for doing what is right, you are blessed. But do not be terrified of them or be shaken. But set Christ apart as Lord in your hearts and always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks about the hope you possess. Yet do it with courtesy and respect, keeping a good conscience, so that those who slander your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame when they accuse you. For it is better to suffer for doing good, if God wills it, than for doing evil.

        • Roger says:

Nol I assume when you support them and defend them you have something in common with them. When did this text say we are to support anyone in sin?You are missing the entire point of the Bible. Sin is bad and when someone is sinning they aren't just missing the part of God's design for us, they are harming themselves. And you want that for wee wee. Why?

        • FlameCCT says:

No your missing the point Roger. You make so many assumptions, based on your twisting of what other posts, that it boggles the mind.

Show me where you talk about the hope in your posts?

But set Christ apart as Lord in your hearts and always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks about the hope you possess.

Show me where you use courtesy and respect. BTW that doesn't mean acting no different than your opponent.

Yet do it with courtesy and respect, keeping a good conscience, so that those who slander your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame when they accuse you.

        • Roger says:

You need to get a spine and realize that there is a battlefield here and you are on the wrong side.

          Ephesians 6:10-18.

Why do you want to defend evil?

        • FlameCCT says:

What is the second verse of that quote? Here let me help you:

Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens.

It is Spiritual Warfare not against people (flesh and blood). You are in grave danger my friend because you do not understand the context and principle involved with this passage. You should not be acting the same, in your posts, as those who oppose Christianity because that shows that you have become that which you abhor.

Again, I have not defended evil, I have reached out using Scripture. You on the other hand, have not only not reached out, you have appointed yourself as the avenging Christian. That is heresy and blasphemy. There is only one sin which cannot be forgiven and none of the posters you oppose have gone that far.

The Apostle Paul used the analogy of his planting the seeds which would be nurtured by others, all to the benefit of reaching the lost and bringing them to know the Messiah.

        • Roger says:

So, why are you fighting to defend evil?

It says what it says. You don't need to twist it into anything other than that. Well, maybe you do. But normal Christians don't.

I don't 'avenge'. This is a forum I came to, to discuss politics and wee wee made that impossible at one point because he kept attacking my religion with lies and distortions, even advocating violence. And you defend him and his calls to violence.

Don't blame that on your religion. If you were a Christian you would know he needs to be shown a better way, not supported in his.

He has converted you, and castrated you as a Christian to the point you can't even defend what you believe to someone attacking it.

Now, go back and read the text, this is warfare and we are to 'stand'. Not capitulate.

        • Ricky Michael says:

It will not be on this one Mr. Flame. I have had to make alternate arrangements to do that. It is very hard to convert anyone with a yappy dog snapping at your heels.

        • FlameCCT says:

It is hard to love chihuahuas.

        • Ricky Michael says:

          alph,alph………alphalphalph.

        • Roger says:

          Coming from you that's funny.

You have still not addressed why you defend evil and have not pushed for wee wee to use a different photo.

        • Eyes_Open says:

I thought part of Christian belief was the right to free will. So why would you demand that someone else change because you want them to, they have FREE WILL.

        • Roger says:

I do believe in free will.
Where have I demanded anyone think anything? I have ask them to defend their own positions. You have heard of debate, haven't you?

You silly silly pagans. All so the same.

        • Eyes_Open says:

"You have still not pushed for wee wee to use a different photo."

Because WTE has free will, it isn't your right to insist that he change it, or anyone else's. If you were half the Christian you claim to be you would know that. But you aren't, you are just another common monotheist, insisting that the world do things your way or die for the resistance.

        • Roger says:

Yes, and that is in line with my comment. He says that I am taking the wrong tact, that he can influence Wee wee more with his approach. So, I ask how he's trying to influence wee wee.

It was an example that he is a failure and that wee wee has corrupted what ever Christianity he may or may not have had.

        • Roger says:

Why do you silly pagans always resort to and enjoy discussing violence?

        • Eyes_Open says:

After centuries of dealing with all the violence rained down on us by the Christian Hordes, what else should we expect from you. Your history, indeed the history of all your monotheistic brethren, shows you predisposition toward violence when thing don't go your way.

        • Roger says:

And what violence have you dealt with personally?

Please, explain why you are so angry at today's Christians.

Why have you been insulting me and my religion since our first encounter. Did I offer your ancestors as human sacrifices? Oh, that was you pagans.

        • Eyes_Open says:

Monotheist have been killing pagans for centuries, so yes, your kind have been sacrificing Wiccans to your god for years. And as for me personally, yes. I, along with others in my group have been victims of violence by local and national Christian groups. Two years ago the camp ground we held and annual gathering at received death threats (the owners) and was picketed by the local churches demanding that they no longer allow us to have our gathering at the facility. My friend in Penn still has a cast on her leg when the 12 MEN tried to beat her to death because they didn't like her living near their church. And they burnt her house down like the cowards that you are. Enough or do you want to hear more. Of course you will flatly deny that any of this ever happened, because no monotheist ever committed an act of evil, yeah right.

        • Roger says:

And I had a herd of pink pagan unicorns beat my friends up, burn down their houses and rape them.

So I have more reason to hate you than you have to hate me.

This making up stories is fun, what will you make up next? Christian elephants stomped on the pagan circle of naked human sacrifices before it was accepted into the earth, by the non bathers that had the ritual primordial ooze smeared on your bodies to honor what you evolved from?

This is fun, you muslim friendly al taqiyya types are so predictable.

        • Eyes_Open says:

Like I said, all you can do is deny the facts and make up your little pink fantasies.

        • Roger says:

At least I'm honest and admit when I make stuff up.

You just drop it and expect it to go unchallenged.

        • NeverMind says:

Pick me! Pick me! I know that one! Trying to sell ludicrous B.S. leaves them so frustrated as to have only one other way of doing so, violence.

        • Roger says:

Wow, you sure have them figured out.

Did you get home schooled or something? I can't believe you left a union public school with brains that still work.

        • NeverMind says:

Nah, grades 1-8 in a very traditional, Catholic school. Two years in a government highschool–bad fit and they ended up firing me. GED in the Army. Undergrad Finance degree from ISU at the age of 39, at which point I was already immune to much indoctrination. Thanks for the vote of confidence, though. :o)

        • Roger says:

Wow, don't suppose you want to balance my checkbook?

Seriously, good for you! I'm glad to hear success stories like that.

        • NeverMind says:

          Thanks, Rog. :o)

        • Eyes_Open says:

I thought you agreed to avoid these conversation, having such a lower IQ as not to be able to keep up with us.

        • Roger says:

I thought you were out being beat up by mean Christians?

Did you survive long enough to drag your broken and battered body back to troll some more?

        • Eyes_Open says:

Just wishful thinking on your part. You do like the idea of everyone else getting beat up so Roger can be king of the world, just another of your little pink fantasies.

        • Roger says:

          So pagan of you.

I never did understand something. If you are proud of being from pond scum (primordial ooze) why do you wash?

        • Barnacle Barry says:

I think I told Coggie I generally try to avoid posting to him or something like that. What's it to you? Aren't you the guy who bragged about a year ago having some kinda dirt-dweller lifestyle that somehow dovetailed with Wiccidiocy?

        • Eyes_Open says:

I'll try to keep it simple.
First question answered: You stated earlier in the thread that since I discovered that you had an IQ of below 50 you didn't want to post on my threads anymore.
Second question answered: no, don't know who you were talking to, but I really don't expect you to remember with you handicap.

        • Roger says:

          So many big words.
Did you have the nice lady from the macaroni art class help you with it?

        • Eyes_Open says:

If you consider those big words, you are truly showing what a simpleton you are.

        • Roger says:

          More big words.

You are having help. Is wee wee giving you private coaching?

        • Roger says:

          With facts and examples.

You have talking points and an empty heart.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Really. This sure sounds like judging by opinion and not by the actions you see.

Also, there is nothing wrong with having just a little sense of humor. I suggest a little lightn' up would be in order. I laugh a lot. My life is a party.

        • Roger says:

I don't laugh about people that want to burn a church full of Christians.

I don't laugh about pretend Christians that think supporting evil is a light matter, and I don't see you converting him, he's already converted you and disarmed you.

You have become his foot soldier against Christianity.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Here are fun facts about me I have decided to tell you. Everything I have said about myself on this site is true. Only I have not told everything there is to know. I can’t and keep my job. I can tell you this. What I do is very highly specialized, not many people can do a good job at it. You already know I have severe dyslexia. Because of that my writing appears to others like I am just a simpleton. I use that wrongful assumption that you and nearly everyone else on this site makes against them and to my advantage.

I find people as part of my job. I found Todd. I could not find Eyes. When you can’t find certain people you must take risks that sometime include being discovered. That’s ok; it’s only a game to me anyway.

        • Roger says:

And I'm a rock from Mars.
I dont' care about your facts, not really. It's nice and I'm sure you may or may not be what you say here.

What I do care about is how you misrepresent my religion here.

I care that you pretend my religion backs and supports people who are evil and think that's noble.

        • Ricky Michael says:

I always wondered where the phase "about as smart as a box of rocks" came from. Now I know. hahaha, you sooo funny.

        • Roger says:

I know about that saying. But you keep defending wee wee in spite of it.

Why do you defend evil again?

        • Looking4Sanity says:

"Everything I have said about myself on this site is true."

          Prove it.

"You already know I have severe dyslexia. Because of that my writing appears to others like I am just a simpleton."

Occam's Razor dictates that you ARE a simpleton. The evidence that you put this comment together without any sign of dyslexia corroborates that theory.

"What I do is very highly specialized, not many people can do a good job at it."

That's easy to CLAIM, but you'd have to prove it before I believe it.

"That’s ok; it’s only a game to me anyway. "

You must be one extremely bored POS to spend all your free time lying on the internet!

        • Roger says:

Any Christian that refuses to accept Christ into their heart isn't a Christian.

He just doesn't pass the smell test does he?

        • Looking4Sanity says:

Any “christian” who doesn't understand and accept Christ was NEVER a Christian to begin with. At best, they accepted someone else's proclamation that they were one without knowing what that actually meant.

        • Roger says:

          Pesky facts.

As if that stops people. Those inconvenient facts. They just won't go away fast enough.

        • Eyes_Open says:

Yes, that does seem to be your mantra most of the time.

        • Roger says:

And yours is just hate based on a set of talking points and some made up stories.

        • Looking4Sanity says:

I'm sure they think they same about us. Such is life. It might suck, but it's better than the alternative.

        • Roger says:

          Being stupid?

I wouldn't want to risk it.

        • Eyes_Open says:

He has proven his claims, just because your 50 or below IQ can't fathom the truth means nothing. He has managed to find those he has sought. Freaking out a little, little one.

        • Looking4Sanity says:

Do you honestly think that coming to me with unsubstantiated accusations is going to impress or sway me? Or anyone else for that matter? You irrationally venting your frustration is a waste of everyone else's time, son. Either add something of value to the conversation or sit it out.In case your parents never taught you this, I'll educate you now: insults are NOT arguments.

        • Eyes_Open says:

I thought you were going to leave me alone. Having a hard time sticking to your word? Maybe you should ask your parents about the lessens you missed.

        • Looking4Sanity says:

MAYBE you should prove these wild allegations you're making!

        • Ricky Michael says:

Now is the time on Sprockets when we ignore the sock puppet.

          Remember me.

        • Roger says:

          And she remembers you.

          And she tells the truth.
You? That's the question. Of course I know already.

        • Barnacle Barry says:

          "Lessons"

          Thank you Mr. Eyes.

        • Roger says:

How nice you are both joined at the hips again.

          Who is out front again?

        • Eyes_Open says:

          NP

        • Ricky Michael says:

We had an agreement. You were to ignore me. You broke it and that makes you a liar.

I'm a lot smarter than you think.

I spend too much time on the internet? Huh? You are the number one poster. Get a life Buddy.

        • Looking4Sanity says:

Perhaps you should refresh my memory. I have no recollection of any agreement between us. I have no recollection of ever having spoken to you before at all. Have you changed your name? If so, why? If not, then you're going to have to provide me with a link to that “agreement”. And any way you cut it…you're a moron.

        • Roger says:

As long as they say it, it has to be true and nothing you think matters.

Don't you know who these BFF of Wee wee are?

        • Looking4Sanity says:

I have gone out of my way to stay out of those circles.

        • Eyes_Open says:

With an IQ below 50, I guess you do have a hard time recalling such things.

        • Roger says:

I'll take your expert word for it.
I wouldn't dare call you a liar about something you know so well.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Now here is something you need to consider. Todd is not Todd’s real name. Ricky Michael is not my real name. Eyes_Open is not his real name. FlameCCT is not his real name. Roger is Roger’s real name and Roger has put his picture online for everyone to know who Roger is when they see him. Roger hates Muslims. Are you getting this through your thick skull yet? My picture is John Wayne. Yours is Roger. Comprende?

        • Roger says:

          So what?
Roger doesn't hate muslims. Do you get that? I hate what islam does to them, not them. I think that evil is a bad thing and would wish better for them.

And you are a foot soldier for wee wee who is advocating violence even today.

          "Everyone you use."

Yes, he not only wanted to burn a full church when you started trying to befriend him but he still wants to do the same now after all your effort to overlook the views he has.

          Christ didn't do that.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Muslims = Islam. You insult them. I don't.

Oh well, I tried. When you don't reply some day I will know what happened to you.

        • Roger says:

          I attack islam, not muslims.
I love muslims, just not what their forced style of life has made them. As a Christian I understand we have a better way and as a human I can't help but be offended by sharia that stones rape victims begging for their lives.

          Why doesn't that bother you?

I think we're finally getting past all the distractions you have been trying to use.

You don't like me upsetting the apple cart and standing up to Christian hating/muslim friendly trolls on the site.

Why? And why bother to pretend your'e a not born again Christian? You don't fool just everyone, not for long anyhow.

        • R Michael says:

          1 Peter 3:21
          New King James Version (NKJV)

21 There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ

This is the reason Water Baptism is done. It is an outward sign of obedience that demonstratesa the change of heart that tkes place inside.

        • Roger says:

And that change of heart doesn't happen unless you ask Christ into your heart, (a prayer). That change is due to the born again experience you seem to want to skip. Why is that?

        • Ricky Michael says:

          Yo mamma.

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

          Roger,
The problem I have with some of your arguments is that you act as if being “born again” is a single event in your life. It is not a single event, but an ongoing process. In my opinion, this rebirth typically starts with baptism and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. But it doesn’t end there; we must strive to live our lives in accordance with the teachings of Christ. After a while, our motives, our thoughts, our words, and our deeds become more aligned with the will of God. This transformation requires time and patience and along with way, we make mistakes and often lose our way. Through repentance and perseverance, we can get back on the right path again. So again, this is a process, not a single event.

        • Roger says:

It was a single event, the one that made the rest possible. And each day I surrender, but without that first one, the rest would be legalism and my struggles and my battles instead of God's.

Paul talks about the new nature, and how babe's in Christ start with milk and grow and mature. Thankfully He's patient!

But even a journey requires a starting point.

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

If it is a single event, then is constant repentance not necessary? Is enduring to the end not necessary? What if I say a prayer as you say to accept Christ, but am not Baptized?

        • Roger says:

The born again nature drives us to it, in it's struggle to be closer to God and His ideals in our life.

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

So continued repentance is necessary and enduring to the end. Baptism is also necessary… correct?

        • Roger says:

I Cor 13:31 talks about that daily dying to Christ. Each day we should want to recommit our lives. Not for the assurance of salvation, but because the born again spirit drives us to it.

Baptism? The Bible's pretty clear on it. I was baptized and even if I didn't have the born again conversion right at the time, It was a good step for me.

        • Ricky Michael says:

Asking him hard question like that will get you on the stalker list.

I can't find a single thing wrong with anything you have said in this comment thread.

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

I am trying to figure out if Roger is a typical Born Again Christian, or if he believes there is more to salvation than just saying a pray and accepting Christ as his Savior.

        • Roger says:

I came from a very works oriented church. I was a very rigorous Christian and unhappy doing it until a 'evengelical Christian' asked me when I accepted Christ. I struggled with that all day and that afternoon took the dogs on a walk to clear my head and after praying realized it wasn't that much of a struggle. I had been baptized and a church member. I had already decided to be God's child. So I got on my knees and prayed asking Christ into my heart. I still ask for forgiveness when I realize I've sinned. I know the difference of the 'before' and 'after' on my conversion. For me to not push someone towards something that has been such a change for me, that would be denying Christ – at least to me.

        • Obama Nobel Failure says:

          Very cool experience.

        • Ricky Michael says:

The problem lies with our friend not understanding that a person can fall from the grace of Christ.

"Let he who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall."

It is all about contstant repentance. It is also about (keeping) the teachings of Christ, in your heart and in your deeds. Those that will not do this will hear "I never knew you. Depart from me you evil doers."

        • Roger says:

And as a person who claims to believe on Christ and yet ignores what Christ clearly says is necessary, why would you have any credibility of Christianity?

Why would you think you can put yourself out as a teacher? And even more important why should you be a teacher when you so obviously refuse the words of Christ in John3:3 and the way the very same author describes that conversion experience in Rev 3:20?

        • FlameCCT says:

Mark 1:8 "…I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

John baptized with water for the remission of sin, similar to the Jewish ritual cleansing, Mikvah. He also made it clear that the coming Messiah would baptize with the Holy Spirit. This baptism by the Holy Spirit is an internal change although many Christian doctrines use the water baptism as a public, external showing of what is occurring inside.

I look at FAITH as an acronym: First Accept In The Heart. It isn't about what you believe because even Lucifer believes in the Messiah; it is about faith in the Messiah and one's baptism by the Holy Spirit.

        • R Michael says:

You are a humble man. You greatly under estimate yourself. It is my pleasure to meet you (in print.)

I totally agree. We are born of the spirit. I have zero opposition to your view.

        • Roger says:

And even he proved my point, your baptism is an external show of what is already happening inside, when you ask Christ into your heart and accept him, causing the born again experience.

The two of you keep giving all the proof that I'm right, then say just the opposite. How can you pretend to be Christians if you're not born again?

        • R Michael says:

I have never said that a person does not have to be “Born Again.” That has been a claim made by you about me, which is a lie. A person must be Born Again, born of water and of the spirit, which happens at the point of Baptism. Our differences are not over being born again, it’s over how you are born again. Your Prayer in itself it not a bad thing, but it is never shown as an example required for conversion. All throughout Acts the new converts heard the word being taught, they believed in Jesus, they repented (a change of heart,) they confessed that Jesus was the son of God, and in every case they were “Born Again” through baptism. Not one of them was saved only by praying a simple prayer.

        • Roger says:

That simple prayer is communication, a talk with God. A simple request to have our will surrendered, for us to Give our will to Christ and to ask him into our Hearts Rev 3:20.

As a result we want that private internal change to be a public statement and baptism does that.

We are saved by that simple prayer, it becomes the start of a life long voyage with Christ.

        • R Michael says:

I shot down John 3:3. I have already commented on Rev 3:20 and shot that down.

Opinion and I don't want to beat the dead horse any more.

        • Roger says:

          That's the problem.

You have 'shot down' two key texts that explain the critical part of salvation and becoming Christian.

When you ignore them, you have lost the possibility of being a Christian.

        • FlameCCT says:

We are saved by the Grace of G-D. Sola gratia ("by grace alone")

We have FAITH in the promise of (from) JESUS the CHRIST, that we will receive salvation. Sola fide ("by faith alone") and Solus Christus or Solo Christo ("Christ alone" or "through Christ alone")

        • R Michael says:

Absolutely, man can never ever do enough to save himself. Break one law (miss the mark) and that's all it takes to be condemned. His very reason for coming and dying is because we can't do it ourselves.

        • Roger says:

After you're born again the changed heart makes the revulsion of sin more obvious.

        • R Michael says:

39But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. Mat 5:39

44But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Mat 5:44

22But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Mat 5:22

See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. 1 Thessalonians 5:14-16

I can keep on going and going on verses that you have chosen to ignore.

        • Roger says:

And where in those texts does it say we should cherish and strengthen evil?

          That's what you're doing here.

        • Roger says:

          Yes.
And by asking for that gift we have a promise He will extend that grace to us.

Asking/Prayer is the starting point for that walk and it's called 'the born again' experience as we invite Him into our hearts so we can enjoy that unmerited relationship.

Grace is wonderful, but not forced on us. Rev 3:20.

        • R Michael says:

Here is what Jesus said to his apostles about converting people. Mat 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore[c] and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

        • Roger says:

You mistakenly think converting doesn't include the born again experience. Once you understand that Being born again is the starting point and the integral part of converting someone, and that all else builds on that experience then it make sense.

        • R Michael says:

Opinion…………………………………………………………………….. and dead horse that don't want to beat anymore.

        • Roger says:

No it's simple doctrine based on clear texts and accepted across real Christianity almost universally. It's the distilled most simple miracle that makes Chrsitianity what it is at it's core.

So for you to pretend Christianity and refuse to accept it is very revealing as one of the dolls wee wee plays with in his house of profiles.

        • Eyes_Open says:

"accepted across real Christianity almost universally."

Yes, by the Catholics that still exercise demons, and the African Baptist that still kill children as witches, and the Santerian that still invoke spirits for revenge, and the Mormon that are awaiting their own planet to lord over. Yes, very universally accepted and clear in all it's many translations across the vast scope of monotheism.

    • FlameCCT says:

Starting way up-thread so there may be room for discussion. I start with Mark for most of my reading in the Gospels. From available data, Mark was the first Gospel written, then Matthew (more Hebrew centered) and Luke (more Gentile centered) around the same time period, finally John as last written. Here with my basic thoughts on baptism and being born again.

Mark 1:8 I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.” (NET)

John baptized with water for the forgiveness (repentance) of sin, similar to the Jewish Mikvah (ritual cleansing) in accordance with the Torah. Jesus came to baptize with the Holy Spirit, which is the New Covenant.

John 3:5-6 Jesus answered, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. (NET)

Everyone is born of water (flesh). We are surrounded by "water" in the mother's womb, which is released upon birth.
Everyone that has received the Holy Spirit has been "born again" into the spirit.

The linkage here is that we use water baptism as an external acknowledgement of the forgiveness given to us by G-D. It is an action of the flesh (water). This is a reflection of what is happening internally through the spirit baptism, G-D's Holy Spirit entering our "heart". During the early years (especially post destruction of the Temple), this external acknowledgement of the Messiah was considered an affront to both the Temple (Hebrews) and Rome (Gentiles). Basically it could and was a death sentence for publicly acknowledging Jesus as the Messiah.

  13. Godisalive says:

Do you have any idea how many people want to adopt & can't? Adoption has become possible only for the rich & celebrated. It took me 4 years to get pregnant the first time. When I thought I couldn't have a child, it was awful but adoption would not have been possible for me because I wasn't rich. Rich, single celebrities, even gays can adopt but an ordinary Christian family has an almost impossible chance. Instead of abortion, they need to loosen the adoption standards. It sure couldn't be any worse than the foster homes some of these kids are raised in.
It's perfectly okay for a Doctor to murder an unborn child or deliver it, then murder it but it's legally murder if a child is murdered by anyone else after it's born. MURDER is MURDER!!!! Murdering an innocent child before or after birth is something only Satan himself could be behind!

    • WeeToddEdwards says:

Wee wee, really I thought we discussed that back when you kept insisting Hitler was a Christian.

    • TuckTuck says:

I agree adoption is a wonderful alternative to abortion, however our adoption process is more akin to selling children than being concerned about finding good homes for them. Adoption fees prevent many people from being able to adopt.
